The location was excellent for me - ten minutes easy walk from railway station and five minutes from town centre. Quiet. Magnificent shower even by good German standards. Breakfast was typical and adequate. I came specifically to ride on the narrow gauge steam railway which is well worth visiting.

My German is weak and I mis-understood that breakfast times were later on weekends but cancelling was no problem on the day I needed an early start.

Great location in Zittau, close to all central Attractions in the city center and also short walking distance to the train station. Bus stations are a few minutes away. Breakfast was very good.

Room was good but for the price paid we expected a bit more (at least kettle and tea/coffee).

Convenient location - in the Old Town, close to restaurants and pubs. Clean room, comfortable beds, could be a setting for a millennium movie:-) Free, monitored, locked room for bicycles. Various breakfast options: juices, cakes, cold cuts and a selection of hot dishes. Nice and helpful service:-)

-price to high for the small town -local tax should be included in the quated price and not charge separately -official check out time should be 12:00 as this is hotel and not a private accomodation

- Very good location in the middle of town - No parking available in the street but they have an agreement with a parking lot just a few minutes away - Rooms were big and spacious, bathroom was also big. - Everything was spotless clean

- Not too many options for breakfast, although what was there was of a good quality.

The location of the hotel just opens up all the possibilities to visit many great places in the city centre. Nice breakfast and very friendly staff !! Car park building well connected and access to hotel well indicated.

The fridge was taken away. Not to say it’s needed as the bar offered a great selection of drinks and snacks but the empty cupboard does not appeal.

The car park is a 1 minute walk from the hotel, across the street. Well situated in the centre of the city. The room was quiet and comfortable.

Hotel has no permanent presence, they explained me how to check in because of late arrival. In the end I arrived at 2am and had to use an emergency number. Immediate response by hotel owner and problem solved within minutes,
