The staff is really super friendly! The hotel is well located, clean and comfortable, the restaurant is very good. Breakfast is tasty but some gluten-free and other special diet options are lacking.

My room was spatious and had everything I needed (including a desk of a proper size where you could work if needed and a fridge). The view from my window was nice, and the location is great: right in the center and not too far from the railway station. The restaurant they have there is good, but inexpensive (as is the hotel itself).

Great location right in the centre of town. In essence a few rooms above an excellent little restaurant. Quiet and clean. Decent buffet style breakfast.

Really big room, nice bathroom, quiet, friendly staff, good breakfast . There was also a kettle, tea, instant coffee, cutlery and a small fridge in the room.

This was really good value for money as compared to other hotels in the centre. Parking is easy in front of the hotel and free on weekends. The room was very clean, staff very friendly.

They could not find our booking when we arrived, but all was good in the end

Amazing family-run hotel in the heart of the scenic town of Zittau. Wonderful service, complimentary breakfast and comfy spacious room were one of the best advantages of the hotel.

The reception answered instantly to my request to send a taxi for me, I was stranded in the middle of the night at the train station. After dropping my luggage in my room I was served a late night dinner on the terrace overlooking the main square and allowed to enjoy it inspite the advanced hour. The breakfast was good too.

I came late for breakfast,so there wasn't much to choose from.

Great location in the centre of town with views over the square. Very spacious room, comfortable bed. Nice breakfast.

Only two teabags in the room, one of which had been removed from its wrapper! Also, considering the size of the room, a comfortable couch/settee would have been nice.
