Breakfast was very tasty and staff very friendly. The easy access to the water park with saunas was great! All the rooms and halls were spacious and quiet.
The dinner was tasty but quite basic and expensive for the limited selection of food. The staff was friendly but I was surprised some staff members at reception did not speak English.

Very friendly staff, fabulous beach for snorkelling, clean rooms, and something for everyone in buffet
I haven't been to the pool activities. I can't comment. Night entertainment could do with a little more for older families..younger kids seemed to love it.

It was clean, decent and good location close to the lake. Staff was polite and informative. The meals were good and in a good variety throughout the week we stayed in
It is awkward having to go to the reception on your swimming suits along with the other guests checking in. Especially when they have an unused counter at the pool entrance on the level below that could be used to check guests entering the pool

The range of the breakfast was exceptional and food quality very good. The staff were helpful. Most but not all spoke good English. The balcony with view across the sports ground was a nice surprise.
Bathroom sink tap very stiff. No plug in the sink. Valuables safe unusable.

Good breakfasts, new and clean bathroom. Localization. Separate AC unit with a proper remote.
On the first night there was a party downstairs we weren’t told about. It lasted until 3AM! During second night I learned that you can clearly hear your neighbors through the ventilation, witch also made falling asleep not easy, even in earplugs. Lack of power sockets next to bed, even though this is advertised in the offer. Unusable plywood refrigerator from the previous era. Only one room card. Price for two night stay outside of tourist season is stunningly high, 800 PLN for two people. You can find an actual hotel in Warsaw or Krakow for cheaper.
