The location was wonderful by the lake .the rooms were nice and the peace and quiet was amazing at night.

The food for me was not great, and there were many different events going off and everyone was expected to wear a different colour band on their arm. Was a little off putting

The breakfast is great! really good and you can see how well prepared it is. The site of the hotel is really comfortable and relaxing, perfect for to drink a cold beer in the beach during the day and a well made drink in the garden in the evening swinging on hammocks.

There says that they have gym room, even in the regulations paperwork in writing it, but the gym itself does not exist. The grass in the garden could be more cared, cut more often, in the evening is annoying to be walking to the hammocks with high grasses, also doesn't look nice for a "four stars" hotel. The check in at 16:00 does not please me, a bit senseless. And no AC.

great saunas, swimming pool and jacuzzi lovey location

the hotel needs investments and some refurbishment. it is OK but not exceptional, not worth that kind of money per night. I’ve been to similarly priced hotels that were just newer/refurbished.

I realy do like the view outside the hotel - the lake is geourges but I had more expecation for the hotel. The rooms are loud I cleary hear what sai the neigberhood behind the wall :/ and as well my system in the door which should open the door did not work.

Please don't advertise and accept payment for a room 'with lake views' when you don't have any. I paid extra for this and it is in the room description. Also fix the board on the pool deck. It's not safe.

Helpful reception staff, restaurant staff, pleasant outside area, location.

Smelly room; broken door lock; air con barely working; marked and very well used towels; not obvious charges (parking for hotel guests); sauna out of order yet still listed on facilities list
