The breakfast was one of the best I've had in a hotel, the rooms were comfortable and the gym was really nice too! The location was the best, really close to a tram stop where you can take a tram every 5-10 minutes to the city centre, main railway station or the Warminska shopping centre.

Only thing I had trouble with was setting the temperature and AC at night. The temperature wouldn't lower the first time when I tried, however I'm guessing I touched a wrong button perhaps. Second try it worked though

The location of the Hotel was Central. The room was great, spacious and clean. I would have liked a better selection of Hot food like bacon for example. The cold buffet was good.

The menus would be better if pictures of the food was available.

Clean, modern, hotel a few minutes walk from Olsztyn's Old Town and around 20 minutes walk from the main railway station.

Breakfast selection adequate rather than excellent - the orange juice was somewhat watery.

A typical Hampton by Hilton Hotel. I recently reviewed the one in Warsaw so I won’t repeat everything. These hotels are all similar so you know what to expect. The rooms are cleverly designed so seem quite spacious. Everything needed is provided. It is clean and well prepared. Breakfast is very good. There are some minor differences between hotels, particularly in the hot food. Always scrambled egg, but some have bacon, some mushrooms, some baked beans, some mixed vegetables and always sausages. I mention this because we have found Polish bacon to be mostly fat, so not too British taste !! Parking was sufficient but zl 40 per day. Staff were always very helpful. At the moment there are major roadworks near the hotel and finding it was a nightmare. However, once we got used to the area it was no problem. It is a short walk to the Old Town.

It was good that one could eat there in the evening, but choice was quite small. As mentioned, parking was quite expensive. Really though, there is nothing that, in the price range, could be better, save maybe the evening choice in the restaurant. I was tempted to give it 10 but that would be perfection, but it is not far off.

Very good location. Comfortable rooms. Afternoon bar and restaurant service somewhat forgets that they came to work and not to gossip among themselves...

The staff on the front desk were friendly but professional, which created a very good impression. The lobby is bright and inviting. The room was well-appointed, with a fridge, kettle, iron, hairdryer and safe. The bed was excellent and very comfy. The bathroom was well-laid out and had an excellent shower. There were free toiletries, including shampoo and conditioner. There was also interesting artwork on the walls. Definitely one of the best rooms I've stayed in! Breakfast was varied and should cater to all tastes.

If I would make one minor complaint, one of the glasses in my room was visibly stained. This probably should have been picked up by housekeeping but to be honest, I don't use the glasses in hotel rooms anyway. The view was of a building site so not very inspiring, but nothing to complain about.

Great hotel, location and personnel. Kids were especially excited with the family room which consisted of two adjacent rooms and they had normal beds (not a sofa) a bathroom and a TV of their own. Clean, quiet and right next to planetarium. Perfect stay!

It felt more like a 4* than a 3* hotel. The room was a good size and spotlessly clean, bed very comfortable, tea/coffee facilities were a bonus. Very quiet location, in an easy walking distance from the Old Market, not to mention it's literally at the doorstep of the Planetarium. Staff very friendly and helpful. Parking easy and at a reasonable price. I really appreciated that our special request (extra bed for my son) was arranged prior to our arrival.

Breakfast could perhaps be a bit more creative (i.e. there was only one option of eggs, no bacon, no pancakes) and better spaced, as the buffet was small and got really crowded at peak times. But the options provided were still good, so it's a minor comment.

Modern hotel with all facilities. Close to the centre & about a 15 minute walk from the train station. Good breakfast. Nice big room with a comfortable bed.

For parking you need to have a key first and then come back to park your car…Could be opposite… Very uncomfortable.
