Staff were friendly , location very good ,room designed well with comfortable beds . Liked the room numbers being lit up too Evening meal was tasty and top marks to the waitress for using English which I didn't expect Good breakfast

The entrance !I use a stick and when faced with twenty steps up.to reception I wasn't impressed . A guest carried my small case up for me Staff were apologetic and said I could use the garage as access but in this day and age there should be a way in and out that's easier for those who struggle with mobility ...... I watched others without mobility issues look at the steps too and you could tell what they were thinking as well

Great location, comfortable bed and overall a clean room. Nice bathroom with a large shower and good water pressure. Decent breakfast, though nothing amazing.

When we checked in, our room was not totally clean. We were moved to a different room, which had the same problem... Thankfully the receptionist was able to take care of the problem. Also, the sound insulation is not great, and you can hear things happening in the rooms around.

It's very close to Old Town, breakfast was really tasty with a selection of eggs, fruits, even fish. I liked the fragrance of soap and shampoo in the bathroom. Big plus for AC in the room and breakfast room.

The shower door didn't close properly, also paying for the car park while staying in the hotel I think was too much. There is a public parking space outside the hotel free of charge during the weekends if you want to spare some money.

I've used Best Western on many occasions this one of the best, All Facilities work and Checking in and out Easy, I arrived by Train and took a Taxi to the hotel 20zl. After this and getting oriented its an easy 20 minutes walk. Close to lakes and busy areas it's an ideally Situated. Everyone was very friendly and Families with young children will like it. , Fresh water and Coffee and tea when Rooms are made up, A/C is Very good. Special mention for Restaurant and Bar, Breakfast was great with Plenty of choice with a Play area for the kids , The Food on the menu at Night was Amazing and Staff were Excellent, Food was of the highest quality and Very reasonable price. Thanks for a lovely Stay.

I suggest hotel to clean his street side. I don’t know why in Olsztyn is such dirty street sides, full with garbage, but at least hotel can clean street side of hotel. Missing bin beside main doors too.

I like everything in a hotel and it’s in the centre of town good location. Breakfast is amazing 🤩 I will recommend this hotel to my friends and back in a future, the room was nice and I feel very comfortable. Thank you for staff and manager who is swap my room.

I wasn’t happy because the room I book should be a double bed premium but I received a room with two single bed as I was just myself and don’t need a two bed. I ask for a room with double bed and manager swap it for me with no problem. I want you to make sure you given a staff meeting about locate a people as they not check it properly and allocate me with a room I never book. Very disappointed for a start but later on I was happy as I feel very comfortable in the room and enjoying my stay at this hotel

The room was clean and breakfast was tasty. Hotel has a great location - near the old town and close to the railway station. I also enjoyed the view of the fall trees from my room window and the fall in the city 🍂 It's really comfortable variant for a short trips to explore the city.

The location was very good. I enjoyed how close to the old town it was. I enjoy the quietness of the room as well as comfy bedding.

Perhaps, I didn't realize how to enter the building without lagging the suitcase up the stairs. Itb would be nice to have handles for the room wardrobe.

The location is very central. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is beautifully designed but impractical. We were a group of four people and had the junior suite. Those of us who slept on the sofa bed said it was very uncomfortable. Moreover, there was no space for clothes and stuff of four people in the room, and not enough space for hanging four towels. The shower door makes terrible noise.

It was very cold in the room on arrival and first night because heating was off in the room and we must find ourselves how to turn on the heating, personal didn’t helped. We got larger extra payments than expected: 20PLN/ day parking fee, 50PLN/day for dog. Restaurant was not working in evenings.
