The place is ideal to relax and unwind! Having it's natural beauty which catches attention of nature- lover people. The place where Ranczo is situated is a lovely place, staffs are friendly and communicate internationally. Food were home grown deliciously prepared like to mention their burgers, lemonades and main courses! In general this is a place good for family activities and gatherings! Receptionist was so hospitable and she will comfort you with complimentary coffee or drinks while waiting in the their hotel premises. If I have chance, I will return to this place in the future!

when you travel with pets this is a perfect location to stay overnight! big field around for a morning walk and play with the dogs, horses, pygeons and a space for coffee outside under the sky😍 we loved that place out of the city but close enough to the city😃 fresh air, good breakfast and very nice staff. super!!!👍❤

the room was a bit too small for 2 people with 2small dogs so if you travel with large dogs you might ask in advance for something bigger.

Very disappointed with the room, I know it’s only b&b but you do expect to have basics included in the price like shower gel and kettle to make your self a cup of tea !!!!

The location was very beautiful you could see alpacas and horses. The breakfast was very good good taste and it had it all. The service for the breakfast was really good and they helped us the best way they could. Props to the breakfast ladies they did their job very well.

The rooms were very small and while checking in at night the staff was very rude when we came into the door they avoided us. After that we asked can we check in? And the lady did a very hard “sigh” and then walked away.. after that we got a lady who could not understand English very well but helped us anyway without listening to us. While we got the room the toilet paper was finished then we needed to go back again.. and everybody pointed us towards the lady who helped us. While showering in the morning the water was overflowing. You could not shower properly and all the time you need to stop the water and wait 2-5 minutes until the water is gone. In the room for 2 people with a two persons bed you only got a blanket for 1 person.. not a blanket which fit the whole bed.
