Excellent location, the garden and villa are uniquely beautiful. Very good breakfast including local specialities. The room featured a fan. Small decoration details are admirable.

The qeen bed turned out to be double bed and staff was not able to check/correct this on bookingcom on their side - you better call them before arrival.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the location is great, just walking distance to the stare miasto. There is restaurant service in the hotel and they offer parking space for free. Overall, a nice stay.

We didn't spend too much time in the rooms, but we could spot that there was a small trash bin in the bathroom only. A good idea would be to have an extra trash bin in the bedroom. Appliances were a little bit old fashioned, but they were working. No other negative points.

Hotel housed in a historic villa together with a physiotherapy institute. I had booked an apartment but I was assigned a room, not bad as the room was large, bright, clean, we could not ask for more. The possibility of parking in the back of the building is excellent. The city center is not very close but with a walk of about twenty minutes it is easy to reach.

The breakfast could have offered a slightly richer menu, however there was the essential. The room was quite hot as being exposed to the west it gets full sun throughout the afternoon, thanks to the external temperature of 36 ° C, the absence of air conditioning was felt.

We just stopped for one night in Olsztyn. The place is walking distance to the stare miasto (~10 minutes). A shopping mall (AUra Centrum) is the way to the old town. The bedrooms were clean and there are parking slots inside Villa Pallas. Totally recommended for short stays.

I didn't spend too much time in the hotel so I can comment anything negative about it.

The location is excellent. The receptionist welcoming us spoke very nice English, which is the language we preferred. The receptionist during the check out spoke German, and luckily, we're able to communicate in that language, too. Both ladies were very nice and friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and according to the description. We liked, that we could open the windows. It was our second stay in this hotel, and we would choose it again.

The location of two beds in relation to the tilted roof was not the most comfortable.

Very modern clean spacious room with friendly staff always in attendance. Good Polish cuisine available in the bar. Very quiet location.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The central location and large parking available on the property. Rooms were clean, comfortable and shower was updated (I always appreciate a clean bathroom and good water pressure in the shower).
