Beautifully located hotel on the shore of the lake. Huge selection at breakfast: omelet station, smoothies, vitamin shoots, cheeses, local meats, pastries, etc. Appropriate number of staff at breakfast and at the reception. Great spa and indoor pool. Plenty of parking (free). The food at dinner was also very good. Very large room with air conditioning, comfortable bed.

Hotel is mainly geared towards groups that use the conference center. Lack of willingness among employees to go that "extra step" to make the stay perfect. No real bar (only a bar in the restaurant). The lighting in the restaurant is cold and uninviting. Some tables are set in the evening for breakfast, others for dinner without any logic (no cutlery on the dinner table). There is not enough service in the restaurant in the evening and they run between the tables. Additionally, they are dressed in dark polo shirts (I expect something more from a 4-star hotel). The hotel has potential - it just needs to invest in improving guest service.

We were with a 2month old baby and staff did everything we asked for to make our stay comfortable. Hotel is modern and has a great pool area with floating stuff for kids even smallest ones. Great breakfast untill 11 so there is time to get some coffee after the swim :) very good dinner in the hotel restaurant as well.

Despite the Air-con being off the ventilation vent sends cool air through which is straight over bed which wasn't so great. Beds are quite soft which might be a plus for some but we prefer hard ones.

Amazing breakfast, very good hotel restaurant, beautiful architecture and clean facilities; also the location by the lake Ukiel is great - at the hotel, you can borrow bikes for free and make a relaxing trip around the lake.

The hotel is great for families with young children. For adults, it may be annoying to share the space with running, screaming, and generally misbehaving children. I don't recommend the place for couples and individuals if they seek calm (or: come after the holiday season).

Excellent design, extremely clean spaces, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Beautiful setting on the lake, with views and charming atmosphere. The rooms are large and modern yet cosy and well equipped including decaf coffee.

The bathroom basin mixer was excessively large, making it difficult to use the basin effectively. It limited space and functionality, which was inconvenient.

Communication with the hotel should be better before arrival. I asked for help with spa booking and I was not even sent spa menu (the one that was in the hotel was different to the one on the website). I also asked for information about local activities. It is not hard to find out and check for guests and when paying so much for a night, I would expect more involvement.

Clean spacious room. Nice bathroom airy big shower cabin. Great breakfast. Nice spa area.

Noise from the trains at night if you sleep with open window. The lights drops the air on controller was disturbing the sleep and the same from the card holder flashing all night. We had to cover both. The hotel beach is next to the boat parking so not that great for the kids to swim.

Amazing hotel in nearly all aspects. Breakfast selection is fantastic. Fantastic location at the lake and walking distance to the beaches. Rooms are modern, spacious and kept very clean. You can rent bikes to explore the region.

There are too many kids, especially at breakfast. Hotel should declare part of the breakfast zone as "relax area" and restrict kids and families there. Hotel should also not call itself "Spa" if in the end the pool is used by families for playing around and screaming.

Everything was OK. We were lucky that the pool was not used by many guests, so we were satisfied in that regard as well. It's a bigger hotel, so it can get busier in high season. The hotel is friendly for staying with children. The buffet breakfast was great, as well dinner.

Using the sauna (like other hotels in Poland) has different customs. Guests take saunas in bathing suits and there is no separate relaxation room. This is not a criticism, just a description of the situation. That was the reason why we did not use the sauna.

It's my third time visiting. I love the location and facilities. The views at the lake are breathtaking. Friendly staff

Every day there has been some corporate event, rather loud at the restaurant, nothing to do here. The internet in room 9 was bad, wifi down almost all the time, and cellular network unavailable unless leaving the room.
