We liked the location, the room, and the people who worked there. The property was very clean and breakfasts were delicious. It was very close to the Old Town. Bathroom was very specious and clean as well. Over all the whole property was beautiful and it was a pleasure to stay there.

We loved everything except for the soap and shampoo dispensers in the bathroom. The design is horrible and absolutely not user friendly regardless of the age. It was extremely hard to dispense the soap, and if I was not there to help my elderly mother, she would not be able to use it and would be forced to go and buy a regular soap and shampoo. If not for the soap dispenser, this stay would be a 10/10.

One of the few places aside from apartments and chain hotels, like Hampton or Best Western, that have multiple beds (including one larger bed than a twin) in a single room - it's annoying having to rent multiple rooms as a family because most rooms in Poland only have 1-2 twin beds in them. Very close to the university campus and downtown.

Parking is a little confusing. There are 2 lots - one is the private lot of the hotel that is gated and is right next to the public pay lot which you only pay for during certain hours.

Although there is much on offer at breakfast, the choices were unusual and only a few basic items were available. Loud music from live band spoiled the atmosphere during what would have been a lovely dining experience. The bed was a bit too firm and street was very noisy with traffic late into the night.

Very nice hotel in a very good location next to old town. Spacious, clean rooms. The view was really nice. The restaurant's dishes were delicious and not expencive. Service were also very warm. Full breakfast with many choices.

Very poor wifi conection in the room. Children said sofas were not comfortable. The room do not have air conditioning, the weather was not hot, so we were lucky.

The hotel was in a great location. The breakfast and bar facilities were excellent. The Thai spa at the hotel was first class. The room and facilities were comfy and clean and well furnished. The bed was comfy and the room was very big. The air con was good. The bathroom was big and well equipped.

Everything was very nice.

Lack of plug sockets in the room. Unfortunately we were on the top floor which meant that it was really hot. The ceiling was sloping so kept banging head. There was only one side table so unable to have a glass of water each by the side of the bed. It felt more like this should have been a single room rather than a double.

Very good location, the Old Town is just around the corner. Rooms are big, fully carpeted, very clean. The hotel has a small spa with two saunas and a jacuzzi (jacuzzi was broken, unfortunately) for free, only you need to ask about it. Breakfast was very good, at least for us, one of the better ones.

We were unlucky to choose the hottest day in summer to stay (35°C outside) and the hotel has no air conditioner. The room was quite uncomfortably hot. It had an air blower but it did not do much. The parking lot isn't free and the hotel does not book for it. Luckily there are plenty of parking lots around. Only I would have appreciated some information about it after booking since parking a car can be a problem in the town center.

The room was spacious, bed comfortable, breakfast very good. Very close to the city center and old city. Definitely worth staying again.

This was a most enjoyable experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was elegant. I enjoyed the stay very much.
