Nice location and security. You can't be that careful in this country. Breakfast is great, also the stuff and room.

The fridge is so loud at night. Maybe You can think about turning it off.

It was very clean and provided everything we needed. The staff was courteous and very helpful. comfortable AC and rooms!

Breakfast

The hotel is brand new, room is large, modern and comfortable. It has an excellent shower and the bed is excellent. My room was exceptionally clean and there is a lot of care with the Covid (for example all towels, toiletries and toilet paper were wraped in plastic). Staff was friendly and efficient. The food from the restaurant (room servide due to Covid) was really good and was ready quickly. There is free parking garage at the property.

The tv has a very limited range of channels and there is no possibility to connect with Netflix...

We got the breakfast in the room. Due to the corona crisis, I think it was ok. Of course, it would be better to have it in normal conditions, because everything would taste more fresh.

The Internet did not work in the bedroom. Not sure if it was the heavy rain or something wrong with the connection. I complained to the staff but the problem still was not resolved. This is a problem for business people who for example who come from abroad and do not have internet access on their mobile, which was my case. I had to work downstairs close to the swimming pool to be able to access the internet which I did not mind.

Staff was super courteous and professional from the very beginning. The breakfast exceeded my expectations with a generous variety of food.

The bathroom could use a more thorough cleaning, as there was mildew in the crevices and the hair dryer was terrible. I got a cramp holding to the button trying to brush my hair and it didn't dry very well.
