Absolutely beautiful apartment/hotel. Everything is done with a good taste. Comfy bed as well... but bedroom would need a better black out blinds. Also I was travelling for a work in Finland for a week, so I was sleep deprived already and another nasty surprise was that there was a road work going on literally outside of the hotel, and the guys did start at 6.30 am, it was really loud. I know that it's not a fault of the owner of the premises but I wish that it would be mentioned at some stage of the booking.

Beautiful rooms, air conditioning and easy check-in and check-out. Very good and prompt communication.

The floor in our room was quite dusty. The breakfast was conveniently in the room, but it would have been nice to have more choice, as well as properly brewed coffee in the morning.

Didn´t get breakfast, but breakfast could be open sooner in the morning.

The showerhead was broken.

Clean, well equipped room, good place for few days stay with easy access (hotel, parking in front of the property etc.).

Breakfast: when requested to be served before 9:00 (which is normal for working day business trip) = prepared day before, fridge-cold soggy sandwich, very bad curd (?) with defrozen fruits and instant porridge to make. Not worth even 12 EUR they ask for it. Improvement needed.

Nice large room. Good warm shower. Do make sure you tell the hotel your mobile number if using booking com for reservation since you need a code to open doors ( self check in)

Unfriendly staff at the coffee shop. Room does not get cleaned daily. Breakfast can be ordered if needed early or on sunday but it is not that great

Centrally located. After reservation good communication and very functional. Room was cozy and standard. Parking just outside. The lounge area on the first floor also very nice.

Slightly pricy for what you get without breakfast. Bathroom plastic flooring was something one would not expect in claimed boutique hotel. Some of the finishes in the corridors, door frames still need a bit of detailing but given some time they are small things in the overall good picture.
