Breakfast is quite good for a Finnish hotel - reasonably wide variety of food, good quality. Heated underground parking, included in the room price, is very nice on a cold winter night. Seemed to be a big hotel with very large conference facilities. Lobby bar is open until very late.

We arrived after 11PM and all doors were locked with no doorbell in sight. Luckily the people from the bar came out for a smoke and we could enter the hotel. Two ladies were working at the reception but they were both "busy" with the bar guests so they did not notice us looking for an entrance.

Very comfy & cozy hotel with a special vibe. :) Room very beautifully decorated, very comfy bed & pillows :) We loved that little gift in our fridge - it was a very sweet extra touch ;) Sauna & jacuzzi were great - it's a small spa but in the evening we were the only ones there so we enjoyed it really a lot :) Breakfast selection was really good & everything was very tasty. :) Very nice bonus also was a free parking. :) Guys at the hotel very super friendly, helpful & super positive :) So... if you are in Forssa, this hotel is a very nice choice! :))

Perfect location in the very center of beautiful Forssa, 3 min. walk to the river and two museums. The restaurant was open until 10 p.m. on Saturday and we were allowed to have dinner with our doggy under the table. Very friendly service. Good breakfast. Our room was very specious and had its own huge sauna. There was a bowl and a bone waiting for our doggy in the room. Free parking in the garage.

The building is quite old, the price is quite high, carpets and furniture show signs of wear. Parking spaces in the garage are small. The lighting in the room did not work to create a cozy atmosphere.

I wanted a quiet, pleasant room to sleep in, and it really was. The restaurant was open late into the evening, the à la carte menu was varied, and the breakfast was very good with plenty to choose from. I also appreciated the free parking offered to hotel guests in the parking hall of the same building.

The bathroom had a well-functioning shower, but I missed a shower cap.

I like the atmosphere and the staff members at the restaurant the most. They are very kind and patient. We ordered dinner but it takes a little long as too many customers on that night so they provided the desserts as a complimentary and they are very patient and helpful. Great staff!

Great central location. Really quiet room on the top floor. We went for the Junior Suite as it was about the same price as the hotel we stayed in, in Helsinki. It was fabulous, so much space. The Sauna and shower area were massive. Good vegan options for breakfast. Good vegan options for dinner.

Breakfast was good! The spa area was small-ish but cozy. Staff was helpful.

The bed was a bit hard and I would have appreciated a possibility to have frame lock for bicycles in the parking area. Finding the wifi credentials was troublesome but staff was aware of it and were already on it.

Breakfast selection was great and tasty. Room was great and roomy. Sauna was nice.

The room needed a vacuum. There was food crumbs and more littered on the floor throughout the room and particularly on the rugs. Very obvious too, so very surprised it was not found and addressed.

Central location, nice restaurant and summer terrace. Also parking garage available, which was a plus. Generous breakfast.

The room was the average hotel room, even though lobby and restaurant and other public spaces had something extra to it.

Breakfast was excellent, one of the best what I have had. Restaurant Villa, all dishes (which I ordered) was, surprisingly, very delicious, many thanks to Chef. And prices for the food and beer are reasonable (especially for Finland:)). Parking is free! Thank you.
