Nice location in the center of the city. Easy to walk around and find one of the many restaurants. The hotel itself also has a restaurant with a small, but tasty assortiment of meals. Breakfast is very nice. Good buffet, and a substantial selection of gluten free options. The rooms are not very special but clean and comfortable.

Parking is a bit hard to find, since you have to drive into the pedestrian area and then drive through a small corridor. Once you found it, it's OK. There's an entrance to the hotel on the back so you can access the parking lot easily.

Breakfast was excellent! We got confused about the parking, got little lost. Parked in the cities parking lot (3min walk) that was free of charge on Saturdays night and Sunday.

1 big bed instead of two single ones. We could have pushed them together, but the lightswitches and plugs would have been in the middle of bed. That is a small minus though. For a longer stay we would have made arrangements.

Very good breakfast and good personnel

The room and facilities were quite old. Still very clean though and the toilet was new. It might be just me but I hate shower curtains, especially in showers others than own home. For some reason, my room was quite warmer than other places of the hotel.

Good location, nice clean hotel, very quiet at night, very friendly and helpful staff, very good bar serving Aura beer on tap, great! The staff are the best part of the hotel experience there.

Not a new property, but the room and facilities were very clean and well kept. The staffs were super warm and welcoming. The breakfast was decent as well. Overall we are really happy with the stay.

perfect location in the town centre - with own cellar car park ( chargeable) - very comfortable rooms with all facilities you would expect.. ( except a kettle! )

I liked the location of the hotel. I loved the food especially. We had dinner and it was so good. The breakfast had a variety of choices and it was delicious to eat. I love the fact that they had a kids corner and the whole hotel and restaurant are kids- friendly. I loved the swimming pool and the sauna. I also loved the fact that the room was very spacious with four beds for a family of 3.

I was shocked to find out that renovation work was going on in the hotel. One of the lifts had a problem. The state of the room wasn't that great. It was dirty. I had to brush the toilet myself immediately i checked into the room. The window pane was so dirty and dusty, the floor of the hotel room was actually so dirty we couldn't walk barefoot. There was no water boiler which would have been useful especially when traveling with kids.

The breakfast options were staggering; I was spoilt for choice.

I found a chocolate wrapper and some dust bunnies the moment I first entered the room.

The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was splendid, and the room more spacious than I expected. The underground parking was convenient.

The rooms could use some better central lighting. This seems to be a common theme however in Finnish hotels, maybe it's just a habit.
