Everything, from the very beginning , communication with Faby. As I arrived, lots of information from the city and very helpful tips for having a great stay in that marvelous city. Very spacious room in a great house with lots of atmosphere. The host was always available for any questions. I had a great time. Thank you very much for all your help and flexibility ! The location is perfect for Zacatecas - walkable to all the main sights. The room was spacious,clean and quiet. The staff (Faby) was very warm and welcoming and went out of their way to help me which was nice. Would definitely stay here again

The hot water takes a while to come out of the shower - but once it comes out it's a nice temperature

The Queen deluxe is a beautiful and comfortable room. The energy from the past is there to feel. Comfortable beds and it is very clean. It is a huge room, feels like having a studio in the center of the city.

The noise, it is very noisy there, since the morning there are the sellers, the trucks, you name it. The toilets are clean but they need remodeling, they are very old.

Central location. Beautifull wooden furniture.

Rooms a bit cold,sun can't reach window. Looks as furniture are expensive,but unluckily the doors are choicen of cheap thin material. I studied carpentry.
