The staff was pleasant & nice Rooms were clean The TV channel choices were great The lay out / decor of room was warm & welcoming Good location for me Plenty of pillows

The hair dryer didn't work Not enough towels Beds were not soft / comfortable to me No elevator Check in at 3pm - but it didn't effect me personally

i was a little skeptical at first but the hotel was recently renovated and was really clean, i used a debit card no probs, i ordered mexican food about a mile away from the hotel and was pleasantly surprised. i would stop here again on my way back from chicago

Everything was ok, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable, breakfast was so so.

It has a smell, I don't know what you guys use, but please be mindful that some people have breathing issues

Location, front desk services, housekeeping and the updated rooms.

Breakfast failed badly - waffle, cereal, dry toast, juice, warm milk and one fruit(apple). Creepy people in and out of kitchen area eating.

I liked it the staff are very friendly and kind and understanding

There wasn't much not to like this place is an excellent place to stay it's very reasonable thank you so very much

Staff was good. Room was good. Bed was comfortable. Mini fridge worked.

Micro wave oven needs to be thrown out, I would not put food in for any thing.

Nice waffle and good fruit. Nice strong coffee. Met my needs.

Walls and furnishings in foyer looked shabby.

No elevator, you must carry luggage up steps. Was put in a room someone else occupied. Booked a king bed but had to settle on two full beds.
