Wonderful breakfast-food and service.

I ration for Nov 30-Dec 1 to attend a family reunion, however, I decided to go a day earlier and requested a date change. I was told that I needed to contact the hotel.I did that and received a note that we could do that with no increase in cost, When we arrived Friday afternoon, the desk clerk told us that our reservation was for Saturday and Sunday and the only way to use it was to cancel that reservation and get a refund. I tried to get on line and kept getting a Loading signal with a spinning circle. I finally decided to pay for the rooms myself and try to get a refund from Bookiings.

The staff was Great… everyone was so friendly, polite and helpful.

The phone in my room didn’t work and the thermostat on the wall didn’t work. However, I was still able to control the heat with the unit itself. Also, breakfast was good however it would have been even better if the menu changed at least every other day.

The breakfast 😋 was good and the staff was very friendly.

The pool was close for repairs but that's on me because I didn't see that it would be down.

I enjoy my stay and we loved our entire stay the breakfast was awesome

The price is extremely high for the Covington area.

Renovations were going on floors were being redone but dirty and wet most of my visit and there was no Internet connection for 3 days. No Internet to be able to use while visiting family wedding and trying to locate venues.

Was very clean and never had a smell at all. Beds were nice a comfy.
