I enjoyed my stay. I honestly just needed a decent, inexpensive room for the night because I had to be up early for a function in Memphis and I live 2 hours away so I didn’t want to have to get up ridiculously early. Staff was nice! At one point, I tolerated some boys from a college sports team slamming doors of the rooms around mine and yelling in the hallway for about an hour before I called down to the front desk. I’m not a confrontational person haha. I hated having to complain but it was getting late and I needed rest. The gentleman at the front desk heard my concerns and only minutes later, the slamming doors and yelling went completely silent. So I appreciated that very much. The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Tv worked and I was able to access YouTube on it to watch my true crime haha! The phone didn’t work (needed a wake up call) but they did take the note down for maintenance to look. My saint of a dad ended up being my wake up call. I honestly wasn’t really upset about the phone since it’s the day and age of cell phones lol. Plus everything else in the room was great! Anyways, all in all, I’ve stayed in far worse accommodations and I have stayed in 4 star hotels. This hotel was up to standard for the price and purposes! If I’m in the area again, I would more than likely book my stay here.

The room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Easy access to ice. Breakfast was hot and delicious.

Not really about the property. More about the surrounding areas with the crime or panhandlers. Plus rude employees of neighboring restaurants.

The location was perfect for the baseball tournament we were attending. The part we stayed in was newer with an indoor hallway leading to the rooms. The other part of the hotel had exterior doors. The breakfast was much larger than expected with multiple options. It was mostly items that could be microwaved to be warm like pancakes and sausage bicsuits with lots of cereal bar and pastry options and yogurt and fruit. The staff was very kind and accommodating. The beds were nice and the air was cold. Our room was large enough for our family of 4. My husband rebooked this hotel the following weekend for work.

TV was super small. Pool was nice, but not very big. No hot tub.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this property but it’s been a few years. We were just passing through on a roadtrip so we liked that it was about 20 minutes outside of Memphis. Property was clean and staff was friendly. Room is a good price especially for what you get

Beds are a little hard. I usually like hard beds but these ones are particularly hard. Still slept well enough though. Breakfast was nothing to gawk about but it was better than the previous time I stayed here but I don’t usually expect much from a free breakfast so not a major complaint.

Good location for my event. Good pricing for the room. Everything in the room worked and the bathroom was quite acceptable.

No elevator and a little challenging carrying large luggage up the stairs. I think that they should be re-cycling--but that may be a state issue.

First of all the staff was exceptional they were polite courteous and professional I travel quite a bit and I encounter a lot of rude front desk clerks this was an extra key with sugar in my coffee thank you for a wonderful experience.

Unfortunately the young lady that was in the room next door to me had voice control issues and on top of that her friend sit outside running the car for over an hour the fumes were coming up in the room and I had to call the front desk to ask them to have the person move

Very comfortable room; very clean. Staff was very accommodating in meeting the needs of my husband; they changed us to an accessible room so that my husband had the use of a recliner to sleep in. Easy access to the room. Breakfast was the usual fare for a budget hotel. Well worth the money!

I would not change a thing. It was located a short distance from eating establishments. There was a gas station/convenience store next door. A restaurant located next to the property was closed.

Staff was friendly. Room smelled very clean when we walked in. Breakfast had many different options (more than I’ve seen at most hotels).

My toddler was excited to get in the pool. After putting swimsuits on and double checking radar for passing storms, we went down and there was a padlock on the gate. A large group of teenagers arrived before us and asked staff to unlock the gate. The staff declined saying it was going to rain. In their defense, it had rained earlier but it never did the rest of the evening. The teenagers seemed like they would be a pain to deal with (loud and rowdy) so probably for the best. It was just a huge bummer for my toddler after talks about the pool all day.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Pets were very welcome. Room was fine for a pet stay.

I believe there are people that live in this hotel on a regular basis. They were all very nice, but the dynamic was not the same as a regular hotel. Beds were pretty uncomfortable.

Very clean room. Accommodations are above average. Comfortable, nice bed and great pillows. Great value. There was a hot breakfast that was scrambled eggs. Sausage links and gravy. Fresh apples…
