It was clean, friendly staff and quiet despite being close to large interstate intersection and having renovations. The pool has a chair lift, its being renovated so I hope they keep the lift.

The one ice machine did not work properly and despite multiple attempts I was unable to get ice, apparently I just “missed” out twice. Also, the bed in the wheelchair accessible room is very high for those that self transfer.

The breakfast was good. Nice selection of breakfast items(ie: cereal, sausage, eggs, potatoes, waffles, muffins, toast, and yogurt. Drink selection was also good..juice, coffee, and tea. The hotel was only 20 minutes from graceland which is where we were going.

Front desk staff was courteous when we checked in during our late afternoon arrival. I've seen remarks on an odor in the hotel. I smelt mild chlorine - because there is an indoor pool - and this was not an issue in my opinion. As far as the pool being closed, the staff told me that the hotel is simply waiting for a permit from the city before they can let anyone swim. The place is fine - book it and be done.

The gentleman that checked me in was extremely friendly, he definitely set the tone for a decent stay. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast area was clean and stocked.

The location wasn’t in the best side of town, but I did like that the hotel was away from the street, we felt secure, which we were. The pool was closed, but oh well. A lot of Highway noise, but we always bring a small fan when traveling which drowns out any noise.

The hotel was nice and clean. The breakfast was decent for being free. The room was spacious and cozy.

The breakfast could have had more options like eggs, bacon, and/or grits. Needs to be pet friendly. Needs to get the pool fixed and heated soon.

Pretty decent property. I liked that it didn’t too long to get to locations of the attractions.

I didn’t like that I was not informed that this property was under construction and some the amenities were unavailable

That it was quite and the room was okay

It was okay definitely don’t look like the pictures online the lobby looked great.. but the room we were in bed wasn’t made as neat as it could have been. The tv cut off when you tried to watch certain things but it could have just been our room.. it was decent

Convenient to highway, restaurants, etc. The outside of hotel was so so but then again most of Memphis was so so with litter. There was a motorcycle group staying at the hotel as well however I felt safe, my room was clean and all of the amenities worked properly. Other than the noise from the interstate I had a great stay and would stay again. The male clerk that checked me and my husband in on Friday was very nice.

Didn’t like the litter outside of hotel entrance from main road. It makes you think twice about staying at the hotel. Considering when you’re pulling onto the hotel property. You’re actually entering from the rear side of the hotel and have to drive around the building to get to the front of the hotel. The lady with the RED hair. Had to go hunting and searching for her so I could check-out. Had to ring the bell 5-6 times and yell out hello several times before she came to front desk.

The grandkids loved the pool. The breakfast was good

the breakfast was good for a hotel, staff were super friendly and very accommodating. very fast and efficient almost zero wait time checking in. room was super clean and inviting, beds and pillows were super comfortable as a female traveling alone I felt very safe and secure staying here, over all good experience.
