It was clean , quiet, comfortable, and the staff was amazing the front desk was my favorite they were all amazing and nice and had good conversations

Staff were really nice. There was a good amount of grass around the property for our dog. Good size room with an adequate kitchen area. Great shower.

Staff was great, very kind and extremely helpful! Probably one of the smoothest processes I've experienced in a really long time. Room was good, like the set up of everything and the bed was way more comfortable than expected.

We passed it twice before turning it just because there wasn't any type of turn in sign that we noticed, we did only come in late at night, so there is a chance we just didn't see it.

The lady that checked us in was sooo sweet and nice. she was funny and very helpful. I’m a picky eater and she guided us to the better restaurants. i will DEF recommend and stay here again. The little seating area out back was a relief to me and my husband, we were able to relax from the day and connect with each other while we drank and smoked. HAD A GREAT STAY!!!

The suite was phenomenal! It even had a dishwasher which I wasn’t expecting. Very clean and the staff were absolutely amazing. Definitely will stay there when in Memphis again.

Nothing it was all perfect. If I were to change anything it would be not to stay in 109 as it’s straight across from the checkin office employee door and it closes loud so during the day it is opened and closed a lot. definitely didn’t hender me but I would request a different room.

Everything the service was excellent the staff was excellent I couldn't have had a better time thank you so much

Love it. Front desk makes sure everything's done responsibly. She has a good heart to help others. Bed so comfyyy. Restroom super clean and towels . free to wash your clothes.

That they have ppl traveling and no free complimentary breakfast. They should wake up to a good free meal. But has free coffee all day. And waiting on others to get their clothes out the washer and dryer is a mess. Ppl get lazy and forget tht they in public and others gotta wash behind them. Its the waiting for me after someone else. TAKE CARE OF YA BIZZ FIRST THEN BE IN YA ROOM AND CHILL. PPL GOTTA GET UP AND TRAVEL BACK TO WORK.
