it was the best bed (mattress) I've had on this 10 day trip. Room was nice and big, bathroom had plenty of towels

The bathroom was hot - the door would not stay open (had to prop with trashcan) turns out one of the light switches also made the mirror heat up (who knew?) the commode seat was loose. it was a mobility access room - still needed to have a luggage holder or 2 as had to put luggage on top of dresser. No freezer compartment in fridge so could not re freeze ice packs.

I was pleasantly surprised! After coming off the road last at night... I didn't necessarily feel pleasantly received, but otherwise my stay was great! The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom and tub was very clean, and the water was hot. The bed and pillows was comfortable. The work space was sufficient. Breakfast was plentiful for what was offered. Location was superb!

The walls are kind of thin, so I heard the TV from upstairs and the extra curricular activities a little too clearly. When I checked in, the receptionist wasn't the warmest person, but not particularly rude.

The location was in the heart of all the local eateries and family fun...

The front desk gentleman was rude when asked about maid services and when I asked to speak to Management, he rudely said that I can make a complaint on Monday when the Manager comes in... Upon check-in we wasn't aware that you had to REQUEST maid services and we had to go without our rooms being cleaned...

The room was clean and well laid out! It had a nice sitting area in addition to the bed and desk that I wasnt expecting so t was a great surprise!

The Bathroom was a bit too tiny for my spouse and I to both get dressed at the same time. It would have been nice to have a double vanity considering it was a King room.

Good location. Close to the family I was visiting. Close to dining options and shopping, when needed. Clean. Safe. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff.

It was a very nice atmosphere. It was calm, welcoming, and peasant. Breakfast was good. The staff was very nice.

The vending machines didn’t work, the washing machine was out of order. Other than that it was nice.

The Hotel had everything I needed for my stay, the staff were always friendly and helpful. On the first night my room was very noisy, after mentioning it to the front desk they moved me immediately, without hesitating, which was appreciated as I was there for an event and needed a decent nights sleep.

The breakfast didn't have much variety or choice.

Breakfast and coffee were good. Bed was comfortable. Friendly staff.

We could hear everything in the room next door, glad they were thoughtful. Property next to highway needs to be trimmed- weeds were tall. We had to look for Waffle House sign to know where to turn in.

I loved the fact floors did not have carpet. That is hands down the greatest turn-off when getting a room. They are never clean and when the floor has carpet it is always nasty the vinyl floors were the best.

the breakfast was a bit bland and there was no meat on the menu for breakfast. everything else was fine. the television was a bit difficult to change channel and the windows need the hard water stains removed

The room was spacious and clean, cleaned regularly and the staff were friendly.

A kettle for tea would have been great rather than the drip feed coffee filter option. Real bowls and plates rather than paper at breakfast. More variety of bread/bakery and fruit. Couldn’t check in as my credit card blocked and had to wait for the UK to wake to get it sorted. Wouldn’t give me a room until payment had cleared even though I was staying with them for 6 days. I’d travelled for 27 hours and couldn’t do anything for three more hours.
