Hotel seemed nice. Walked in to a couple at the bar (that looked closed) with his phone rap blasting and he was rapping it out with it. No one else was in this quiet lobby besides the front desk lady. There was an off feeling. Like the worker was uncomfortable but didn’t wanna say anything. Anyway, I came back down 30 min later and they were gone. Just had a strange vibe to the whole situation. Our room was amazing. The shower was GREAT with plenty of hot water! Loved the room!!!!

We had some of the ceiling falling off in the shower but other than that… we loved it here!

We really enjoyed our stay here during our quick stopover in Memphis! The room was really nice, we loved having a couch and the room was very modern which felt quite luxurious. The bathroom was a huge standout for us as we loved having a walk in shower as they aren't that common in the places we have stayed. The area was lovely, felt quite secure as only other hotels around and was very close to a shopping centre which was nice for dinner and getting supplies. The breakfast space and bar area was also very nice

Only very minor things that didn't affect our stay too much at all; shower floor didn't feel the cleanest, think it might just need a good bleach clean to get the marks up that have been made. The USB ports on one of the bedside tables didn't work either but this was very minor.

I like updated the decor and comfy bed. It made me feel comfortable.

I wish the toilet had a lid. Thank God that my husband was with me. Last time I forgot my credit card and this time my drivers license. I’m not sure what was going to happen to my prepaid room if my husband wasn’t there with a license and a credit card. We had driven 300 miles only to possibly be turned away and lose the money paid for the room. There has to be some exceptions for mishaps. I learned my lesson. I guess no more prepaid reservations with your chain. I’m just going to hope to find a room somewhere nice or sleep in my car.

Extremely nice, loved the sit in lounge! The food and beverages was amazing! They had a Starbucks bar as well as an incredible breakfast. The room was very clean, and the bathroom was very nice, well lit, and the shower was great. The products were also very nice! The rooms were also super quiet. The staff were really accommodating and very nice. 10/10 would stay again

The fact they knew that our team was coming and they were getting things together cause we actually arrived a little bit earlier than what we were supposed to

Only thing we missed was the bar. The bar only sells beer now it doesn’t do mixed Treats anymore.

very clean, the staff was friendly, went out of their way to go above and beyond. the room was bright, clean, spacious. The bed was very comfortable. I’ve been coming into town a lot but first time at this hotel so just noticing all the little things I loved. The large towels, room to move about in the bathroom. I could go on and on.

Room was very clean and appeared to be new. Bed was comfy along with different firmness of pillows for various taste.

The sink faucet water for “hot” did not seem to work. Let water run for over 5mins, no hot water. Even after taking a hot shower, tried faucet hot water again, still cold. Advised staff at check out. Also was surprised in the morning to wake up and to discover no complimentary breakfast. Had to pay for one which was surprising at the price point for the room for one night.

The friendliness of the check in person.How was so professional and as well as personal. Best person you could have chosen to great your guest. I travel a lot but never encountered any checked, so pleasant. .

I loved everything

The facility was new and very beautiful and exceptionally clean. Staff was great. Everyone greeted us.

We stayed 3 days and no one cleaned our room. I didn't expect beds to be made but no one even emptied the trash. We had to go down and get towels daily. Had a huge pile on the floor when we left. Other than that, I would definitely stay there again.

The staff was exceptional. Supv Angela Greer made sure everything was perfect. Very welcoming and accommodating. The perfect host from beginning to end. We felt like we were at home. The hosts at the bistro and bar were great as well.

The furniture in the room was very stained. I didn't feel comfortable sitting on it.
