Great location. Right off the interstate for easy access. Lots of places to eat and stores nearby. Helpful staff, easy check in, clean comfortable room and all at a great price. For a budget hotel it had everything you would want and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Even the complimentary light breakfast was a nice touch and saw us through until we were out and about to get something to eat. A great place to stay on a budget that won't break the bank.

Clean and felt safe

Kept having issues with my key card not working. Had to have staff to reactivate it. Also, issue I had was laying on the pillows will be white and then there would be black smudges spots on them which I was trying to figure where they came from which per google stated could be mold/mildew or even dust mites so I would say they need to throw away their pillows and get new ones with plastics protective covers

Very good location for my needs. I did not partake of breakfast at Microtel because I had breakfast at my conference.

A lot of noise next door around midnight in the adjacent room. A man and woman fighting and screaming. I should have called the front desk or 911.

Good hospitalit The bed was clean the bathroom was clean the dresses in the refrigerator was clean it can use a little bit of dusting 😉

The fire alarm kept going off and I can use a few upgrading such as the smoke detector the bathroom vents the phone and where you plug in for your phone and laptop and I can use some dusting around the curtains or change out to be washed 🤔

I didn't like, when I made reservation using booking. Com, I selected pay at the hotel, but it came back with early check in page. Then it still had me pay for the room, using my credit card, when I wanted to pay cash at the hotel.

Staff were nice and helpful. Easy check in. Safe property. We will definitely stay here again in the near future.

Front desk employee, Sam, was wonderful! We left shirts hanging in our room, went back and picked them up. Sam helped us and was very, very helpful!

I didn’t like the fact that I was supposed to pay when I got to the hotel but the hotel tired to charge my card ahead of time. When the card got declined (because it was locked) my room got canceled.

I made a mistake with my last review and blamed the hotel for my security deposit taking days to be refunded but it was my bank’s fault and not theirs

Location location, and friendly staff

My complaint is room size, sort of felt cramped in. The bath tub wasn't cleaned, there was a dirt ring around the inside of the tub.
