The location was great. Right off the interstate with several dining choices with at least 5 within walking distance. The common areas were clean with a pleasant social welcome to it.

When I booked this location I didn’t see that it was pet friendly. I personally do not like to stay at hotels that welcome pets. A guest had a Boxer dog and she could not control the dog and it decided to greet me by jumping on me. She apologized and said he’s friendly. I didn’t care that the dog was friendly, I didn’t want to be accosted by her dog. Also had to lesson to a dog barking a few times throughout the night. Some people may not mind this things but I do. My fault though for not verifying before booking.

The room was large and pet friendly. The hall of the hotel where I was located appeared to be the pet wing. This was nice because I wasn't as anxious about disturbing other guest with my dogs' occasional barking (as all dogs do in a new environment).

Although the room was pet friendly nothing else was. Dogs were not allowed in common spaces and there was not ample space outside for dogs. Of course small patches of grass was present, but its nice when there is small fenced off areas where dogs can be off lease and play with others. My stay was limited to one night. If staying longer, I would suggest finding a hotel near a park.

We loved the location. Very nice and well kept hotel. Many food places nearby. Decent breakfast.

The bed was very worn....you could hear the springs popping in mattress and it was uncomfortable to sleep on. The microwave sounded like someone was doing construction so we had to turn it off. All of the wooden furniture had many bad big scratches on it like Wolverine stayed in there.

The location was convenient since we were on a road trip. You are a short drive from the Galleria shopping mall and a Tesla supercharger location so that was a key reason for our selection. There are also a lot of good restaurants within a few-mile radius of the location. Wolchase is a nice and generally safe area. The location had (I think) 2x J17772 EV chargers.

Some large spiders live around the front of the property and I met one in the vestibule. Didn't have any issues in the rooms though and the hotel was overall very clean.

The front desk staff, including “Angel” were wonderful to work with. She was both professional and very friendly. Gaby, the room attendant, was also fantastic and provided excellent service. I will definitely choose to stay there again during my next visit to Memphis.

I did notice a small cockroach on our room door as we were leaving to check out, but aside from that, everything was great!

Our Check-In was exceptional!! Thanks to Mike. He was so cordial. Management needs to Know Mike was such a pleasure to work with. 1000%. Our Room was Perfect. Clean Clean. Bathroom was sparkling clean. Bed was sooo comfortable. We had been driving 12 hours so it was such great experience to be able to relax in a clean and comfortable room.

Nothing. Property was exceptional.

We loved the pool. The water was warm and the space was relaxing. It was a saltwater pool so it didn't leave my eyes burning.

It was a great stay. Our room was clean and the breakfast was nice. Staff were courteous and helpful. We also liked the location of the hotel because it was near lots of food choices and stores.

Very clean and nice building and rooms. Very spacious and the staff was very accommodating to our situation.

Price was a little higher than I expected but at least it was a nice clean place to stay.

The price if your hotel would have let me reserve the room. I was in able to book or reserve the room in advance. I usually stay with your hotel no matter what state it is in by reservation but this time I had to pay a higher price because of it so that was a maybe see somewhere else next time.

Location was excellent and easy to get to. Breakfast was very good.

The pillows in the bed were hard and the mattress was uncomfortable. But the room and bathroom were nice and very clean. The toiletries provided were nice.
