Initially we were assigned one room, but the second we approached the door... we realized that the room next door had kids that were screaming and running around and it was already 8pm.. we turned around and went down and asked for a different room.. preferably one not around kids.. the front desk lady immediately said yes and gave us a different one on a different floor. It was great.. didn't hear a peep out of anyone.. even being on the first floor. The room was clean and everything worked perfectly. The breakfast the next morning was was one of the best for "options" for everyone and it all tasted as it should. Also a bonus for having BACON!! Such a great option for people who don't like sausage. The gentleman that cooked the food was super nice and helpful. We asked to fill our cooler on the way out & he allowed us to go into the kitchen and get it from the ice machine. We had 4 stays in 4 different hotels on our trip and the last one here was by far the best. We will look for Staybridge Suites on our next trip!

Great location. Friendly staff. Good breakfast selection. Real crockery and cutlery is available alongside paper/plastic ones for people who want to use them. Decaff coffee available at breakfast.

The social meets aren't everyday, this would have been nice to meet fellow travellers. We had very noisy neighbours for 2 nights. A little more light in the room world be great as it's dim

I loved everything except…. The bed was comfortable. The hotel was clean. The staff was super friendly. The coffee remain stocked and hot throughout the day swimming pool was really nice.

Everything was wonderful however, the breakfast area wasn’t being kept up by the kitchen staff. They were very slow on restocking. The cold foods pancake batter was all over the table top.

Location was amazing! Staff were great! Cleanliness was impeccable! Breakfast was delicious! Social time (which we had never had in any other hotel) was beyond convenient and delicious! Beds were awesome!! Can’t say a bad word about this Hotel! I will definitely be looking for this Hotel to stay in more often!

Excellent breakfast options. The MTW social hour food was wonderful as well. Front desk clerks Amanda & Tavika were professional, friendly, and thorough in their communication and explanations regarding the availability (or non-availability, in our case) ADA rooms.

We have a wheelchair user in our group. There was only ONE roll-in shower option on the entire property and another guest had booked it long-term. We had difficulty showering the wheelchair user on a shower bench that fit sideways in the tub. Thankfully, there was a removable showerhead, but it was challenging nonetheless. There should be more than 1 roll-in shower option for disabled guests. Otherwise, our ADA room was spacious enough for our wheelchair user to navigate comfortably around and not get stuck in areas.

The breakfast was really good. The room was cozy, in a good way. The staff was very helpful & friendly.

You can't change it, but the pool is too shaded. If you're trying to get some sun in the pool it's only pastiche for a couple hours around noon. Need more luggage carts.

The room was clean and the staff were very personable and pleasant. The room was quiet and not as expensive as the Hilton across the street. We felt we got a great room with extras at a lower price than the Hilton.

The facility is a older, but they are renovating with new carpet, furnishings, etc. They are doing a great job. Looks great already. When they finish it will be really nice. It is pretty good now.

Good location, great breakfast. Had a King 1bedroom suite and I like the fact that’s it’s a separate bedroom. Kitchen is great too, though we didn’t really end up using it much.

Arrived on Friday and their policy is not to refresh rooms on the weekend, therefore no coffee in the room in the mornings other than one during our stay. Think that’s tacky, I can however appreciate not cleaning the room on a daily basis we for one don’t need it, nor do I want staff in my room more than necessary. You could at least let us pick up coffee packets etc. The rooms are beginning to show wear and tear. Security lock on our door was ably to fall off, tub water fixture didn’t shut off easily, had to really crank it hard to get the water to stop a steady stream of water, very wasteful. Plus we were missing dishes.

The young black girl at the front desk was welcoming and knowledgeable. The rooms were clean and had everything you needed. Always good to a full size fridge. Breakfast was good and I've got to shout out Ms Brenda for working so hard to make sure all was great!

The bed seemed to get hard during the night and the air vent blew directly in my husband's face all night. He had to pull out his sinus medication the next morning.The bathroom sink was clogged and we had to change plans until the guy came up to fix it.

The location is very convenient, close to the Highway 240 exit and the main street Poplar in Memphis. The Central Barbeque restaurant is less than 5 minutes away from driving. The room is big and quiet with a nice kitchen. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is a good size and the shower is super good. We will stay here again next time.

There aren't many complaints. We are happy with everything.
