Excellent location for us. Christmas-time trip to see family. Near shopping, dining and the interstate.

There is no place to park in front of the hotel. Fortunately, we are very mobile and healthy. It wasn't entirely clear which back door was for Hilton Garden and which was for the Home2 Suites, which was embedded within one building. A three-night stay for us (with no frills but bottled water) was over $500, so be prepared to for these prices for a three-star neighborhood hotel. This is not unique to the industry, however. Otherwise, the staff was very friendly and professional. Comfortable king bed. There was a sliding barn door to the bathroom(?) that somewhat limited privacy. Hot shower and water pressure a plus. We would stay here again.

The concierge service was very friendly when checking into our rooms. The hotel as a whole was very clean and we really appreciated the extra bathroom accessories/toiletries like makeup wipes and shampoo/conditioner. The shower is very nice and big and the ac unit worked extremely well for the humid weather we had when we visited. Would definitely recommend!

As modern and clean as the hotel was, the only slightly negative comment I'll make is that the carpet that corresponded with the really nice tile was dirty, scuffed up, and not modern at all. If the hotel would re-do the carpet, it would definitely improve the aesthetic all together. Other than that the hotel is great!

Beautiful, new, modern property. Spacious and comfortable room. Air conditioning, comfy beds, and mostly quiet rooms made for good and restful sleep.

All parking was at the rear of the building. Extremely safe and secure inside the building, but I was a nervous, trying to get inside the building in the dark alone at night.

Arrive to location. Once checked in wanted to shower,, but there was NO HOT WATER! Allowed the water to run for maybe 20mins & it still was NO HOT WATER. Therefore I had to travel 22nd a from location to a family member house just to take my shower & get dressed. Everything else was exceptional. I was just very disappointed that there was no HOT WATER & the price for the stay should have been discounted or something for the inconvenience of something occurred on property end!

The staff was very friendly. They were as helpful and accommodating as possible. The rooms were updated. The beds were large and comfortable.

The hotel seemed under staffed. There were dirt stains on the carpet in our room. When I asked for someone to attend to it at 10:00am, I was told they were not taking any more housekeeping request for the day. I asked her to put me on for the next day. The attendant was nice. I was there 3 nights. No one addressed it.

Very nice, including a restaurant and bar.

There was a power outage on Saturday, October 26th and the hotel’s generator did not kick in. Something was wrong with the generator?!

It was really nice, the room, the facility it self was great and clean!

The fact that they were pending my card because of overbooked, against what the booking policy says! But when I got there they explained more.

The facility was clean, the receptionist was friendly and the hotel was in a good neighborhood.

The bed looked to have been just remade and not a change of sheets. Check-out was not until 11:00 am, but we were woken up at 8:20 am by housekeeping. We had planned to sleep in before our 6-hour drive home.

Very clean and modern. Easily accessible. Beds/sheets were great.

Had trouble with noisy guests. That is out of the control of the staff, to some extent. But, after several calls to the front desk, still nothing was done to get the guests next to us to discontue the raucus behavior and noise that went on well past 2am.
