The location is in Germantown, east of Memphis proper but a part of Memphis. This is the area you want to stay in. Memphis is my hometown but there are areas to avoid, for sure. This is a beautiful area and I feel safer staying out there. The breakfast is very good with a lot of choices. There are hot items such as bacon, eggs and potatoes, as well as cereals, breads/bagels to toast, waffle makers, oatmeal or grits and fruit. It's a very well-rounded offering. The hotel is quiet and the rooms are like a small apartment with separate rooms so you have plenty of space, with a quiet separate bedroom with a pocket door for privacy. The kitchenette has plenty of space as well, and there are two TVs, one in the living room area and one in the bedroom. The staff is super friendly and responsive.

The breakfast was good, and clean, and easily to get. The app was great getting us the information we needed and response was relatively quick. The staff was very polite and kind.

Housecleaning daily, though it was easy to get what we needed. I think it may have been policy to put trash out, as it was picked up early and throughout the day. We did not know, but noticed others had done it. An extra blanket in the closet for the hide a bed would have been nice.

Nice large separation of rooms, like an apartment! Nice large kitchen and bathroom area, and the bedroom is a separate room with its own TV. The shower was roomy and great water pressure. The property is well cared for and the parking is easy with accessible doors nearby. The area is quiet and safe, with plenty of restaurants and shopping within a mile or two there in Germantown. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

We liked everything. The only minor thing is that it the living room couch was not very comfortable.

Free breakfast and supper. Whole suite, all the comforts of home Staff was so helpful and polite. Quiet and comfortable I highly suggest staying here when in Memphis

There was obviously a pet in there. Had some fleas. Nothing mngmnt can be blamed for. Shower was tricky to figure out and curtain didn't close enough. I felt badly that floor was all wet.

The breakfast was fantastic - Many hot options, and everything was clean and well organized. The breakfast staff was friendly and accommodating. We traveled for several days, and this breakfast was the best that we experienced anywhere. The omelette's that were offered were a favorite for our family, and the grits made by the woman staffing that day were also delicious! The room met our needs, and we had a restful stay.

The elevator button was finicky when we were there, and we had to work with it to get it to function. The fitness center was very small, but we were glad that there was a treadmill in there.

I liked the size of the room and kitchenette.

There was only one luggage cart available.

After driving all day, we arrived late evening, only to be greeted by the kindest ladies, Dresha. She was warm and professional. The next day, our daughter's cat was lost. Our daughter was devastated! We had had to leave the same day! We told Housekeeper, Renee, who contacted all staff and gave a picture of the cat to the front desk. Everyone was helpful to assist! Renee kept in touch and was eager to help. After a week, we received a phone call from Renee to let us know that the cat was found! Our daughter made a five-hour drive to pick up her cat. We will forever be indebted to Renee for her perseverance and kindness. Thank you all so much for being the best hotel and having an outstanding staff!!

We stayed here this past Labor Day weekend and after riding 500 miles on a motorcycle and getting rained on walking into the hotel was a welcome site and they evening staff was great very friendly making sure that we knew all of the schedule for housekeeping and breakfast all those kinds of things and the next morning staff was wonderful, that evening however not so much. I went down to get some towels because we choose to skip housekeeping every day and the front desk person was playing on what I can only assume was her personal cell and when I asked her for some towels I was greeted with a sigh and a very harsh tone saying hang on acting like I was bothering her by making a big production of getting up and walking in the back for the towels. Mind you I was told that we could do it this way because we choose to not have housekeeping everyday. Other than that this was a very very nice stay the rest of the time staff was wonderful and very helpful. They have good breakfast and even a washer and dryer should you need them. We did because the rain got us on the way there so that was helpful. Can't speak to the pool, fitness or business center and we did not use those. We were very happy about thet stay except for the one evening. Will say here again when we visit Memphis.

All facilities, posted breakfast, lobby and rooms were comfortable. Staff was semi-friendly and seemingly wanted to be helpful but relax a composure of guest composure.

1. Reservations were for a king and fold out ended up with two queens. Was uncomfortable for us after having slept together for 8 and 1/2 years. Pressed on through it by sleeping in one of the Queen's. 2. Staff seemingly lazier affair attitude rather than a gleeful or helpful may I help you. And didn't hear many thank yous from the staff.

Location was good, room was very spacious

Either the hotel or Booking.com messed up our reservation. It never went thru. Spent one hour on phone trying to work it out. Had to cancel the reservation and then was charged an extra $100 for the room. Not good!
