Nice, quiet location with a view of the woods. Nice walking trail in the back that goes to Chik Filet. The manager and head of housekeeping lady were very nice and personable. The room and hotel were very clean. Only concern was the heating unit kept switching on and off too quickly. Bed was comfortable. The breakfast was on the sparse side though. Thought it needed more hot food options. All in all, thought it was a good place to stay and if I come back to Germantown will stay there again.

The staff were all incredibly helpful and compassionate. There was an ultramarathon a few minutes down the road, and everyone was so understanding and kind to the 100 mile runners staying there, and their crew. I was helped finding ice, getting extra cups for hot water, and always asked how my runner friends were doing, before and after the race. I honestly didn't expect the amazing hospitality and it's appreciated. On top of that, it was a great room. Quite, spacious, comfortable furniture. The area has great shopping and dining. Nice hot showers with good water pressure. Absolutely perfect stay.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked. The hotel was in a nice part of town and was located near several good restaurants. The hotel was easy to get to and at the end of street, so there wasn't too much traffic.

I did like that they had a pool, but I wish the pool was a little deeper. If there was a hot tub as well, that would be a definite bonus. The door to my room was safe and locked, but the metal frame was a little dented. No big deal on these things.

Would be amazing if there is option to make pancake/waffle. But the breakfast options were adequate so not really a complaint

The beds were comfortable, the room was big, and it was clean. The maid service was great, and they helped me when I needed it.

I didn't like how low the toilet was in the bathroom. At night, the lights coming in through the door from the hallway and the TVs should have been replaced with smart TVs.

Desk help was helpful, especially the Af-Am fellow. Hotel is situated in a spot that almost feels rural. A fee steps out a door takes you to the Wolf Creek trail which is cool and safe. Nice views along the wolf river.

The hotel was as expected. Staff was super friendly and very accomodating.

Breakfast. It wasn't worse than any other hotel like this - basically the same. But it is kinda "dull".

Cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at.

The breakfast was not good. There is a chick fila right across the street and a Waffle House a stone’s throw away. I recommend going to either and skip the complimentary breakfast.
