I love the location of this place . a very beautiful spot.

Both times I have stayed. The housekeeping staff does not clean your room. Towels are not replaced nothing is done . we were told that they were short staffed. We had to asked the front desk for towels. I really like the location and the comfortable atmosphere. But the housekeeping could make me pick somewhere else for my next visit to Memphis.

Room was excellent - clean and quiet; the lobby was beautiful and the private courtyard was a true delight. The hotel is older, I remember when it was brand new 30+ years ago. Effort has been made to maintain everything but they have much more planned. The blackout shades on the windows truly worked. The pool was great even without hot tub working and the weight room looked good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Everything needs to be refurbished especially the doors. Attention needs to be paid to latches - they wiggle which can be discerning. Ice machine definitely needs to be fixed. Breakfast could use more freshness. They need more staff and some safe, private parking would be appreciated. Fix the hot tub. For a non-smoking hotel, there sure was a lot of nicotine in the air.

I liked the location. The desk staff were friendly. The room was spacious.

I didn't like that our room didn't have a microwave and refrigerator in it. I was also informed that our room would not be cleaned until after we checked out. I had to go down to the desk an ask for towels for my room. The housekeeping after asked came on Sunday an picked up the dirty towels. I was very disappointed.

Breakfast was good they had a good variety items.My daughter had surgery at St Francis hosp this hotel is across street from hosp so we didn’t have to drive anywhere

The microwave did not work

Room was clean, bed were comfortable and the food was good. Everyone was nice although we wanted to use the pool but the weathers I guess was the reason it wasn’t available, other than that everything was great, all the fun places like the pyramid, Beale Street and the zoo were 20 minutes away from the hotel. For me that was perfect, a quiet place not far from all the fun! Can’t get better than that!

The elevator was struggling a little bit it wasn’t working right. But it is usable

It can be difficult to find a reasonably priced room in larger cities like Memphis, but La Quinta was a good value for the money. I liked the grounds and the surrounding area and I would stay there again when passing through Memphis.

The room was comfortable, but a little dated. I do miss the hotel breakfasts that used to be included when you stayed in most hotels. I would still recommend this hotel to travelers. It's a good place to stay.

Because of Covid, The offered "Breakfast" was NOT a breakfast, It was prepackaged muffins and juice. and of course coffee

I liked the location and the size of the room

The fact that I was on the 6th floor and one of the elevators didn’t work the next morning. we didn’t know their was a second elevator to use until we called the second time to notify them the other elevator wasn’t working.

The hotel was nice breakfast was nice and it kept me and my feoncaie enjoy there it made us feel safe and comfortable will be back to visit Real soon and also the invermene grate stay

Overall,stay wsnt bad at all. Idk my review is showing a frown! I would book again! Pros: Room ws very spacious! Could use a little more decor tho.. like a small dining table with maybe 2 chairs. Staff majorly friendly and smiling!! Living area ws spacious! 2 nice size closets! Fridge ws a bit bigger than most rooms! Cons: bathrm only had 1 working light so it ws dim. The major light was out and maintenance never showed. A/C in bedroom ws not working bt one in living area ws. We turned it dwn and left bedrm door open. microwave very outdated Not enough electric outlets. Maybe add lamps with charging ports in bedroom also. Alarm clock outdated. Maybe add ones with charging ports. Only 1 working elevator. Bldg could use updated painting
