Very nice bed/room....bathroom was almost accessible. . ..higher toilet but no grab bar. . . .

We always choose a hotel with a pool when traveling---but this pool wasn't open until 10 am. . . . .Hilton opens theirs before 6 am. . . . We use the pool for our mobility exercise - daily.....but when traveling, we need access to the pool earlier to accomodate schedule. Would like the Sheraton management to reconsider the pool hours. please make sure the pool hours are on the website for those of us choosing a hotel with a pool. Handicap parking was very good.....close and 4 spaces.

Breakfast was good

Problems with room first assigned - refrigerator was not working, next room was right next to elevator and we refused it, and the final room was very noisy with air conditioning units right outside the room on the roof of the check-in area, I guess, which was terribly loud and shook the room to include the floor and bed. This was after requesting a quiet room and the woman said she did not know about being able to find a quiet room for us.

Kids enjoyed the pool. Room was clean. Employees were generally very friendly - especially the morning staff!

The booking clearly stated that breakfast was included but there was confusion when we checked in. The next morning they said breakfast was only included for 2 of 4 of us. A bit strange, but the breakfast wasn’t worth paying extra for anyway. This should probably be clarified in the listing. I wouldn’t have booked this hotel if breakfast was not included as it is something that makes traveling with kids a bit easier.

Location was easy to access, right off the highway. The staff was very friendly and answered all our questions. The room was simple but clean. The fitness centre had very nice Nautilus equipment.

Close to the shopping and restaurants but not able to walk to it safely, had to drive. Bathrooms needed updating but adequate for one night stay. Breakfast was not included which would have added to the value.

Average room. Clean sheets & comfortable bed. Complementary waters.

Fridge didnt get cold & was open when we got to the room. The bathroom was ridiculously small. the toilet was probably not even an inch from the door so you had to maneuver to close the door before going to the toilet or shower. I expected more for a Four Points.

Very cordial and professional staff. Room was very clean. Every staff member we encountered was very helpful and very cordial to include housekeeping. Beds were very comfortable. Wonderful location. We will stay there again.

I stayed at this hotel for one night and my stay was satisfactory. The customer service reps at the front desk were friendly and quickly checked me in. The breakfast buffet was $12.99 per person. I left the hotel early, so I didn't eat breakfast and can't speak about how the breakfast was. They offered free coffee in the lobby which was nice. The hotel has a restaurant within walking distance on the premises and is surrounded by a few department stores and eateries so it's convenient if you want to walk to a close location to grab a bite to eat.

The room was clean, however, I noticed there were hair strands at the top of the shower from the previous occupants. The housecleaning must have overlooked that.

I did not do the breakfast. The staff was very kind. Location is great.

The bathroom trash did not have a liner. Whomever was on the room next to me was up late and were loud.

The location is in a good spot right off the freeway with lots of food and Starbucks and Target near by.

The exiting out of the hotel is in a busy traffic area. But we made it safely in and out but with lots of caution.

Location was a little dicey as to getting on and off the property. Could be a little more updated with bathrooms/shower/rooms.

Pool was just blahhh...
