The staff was very considerate and polite to me and my husband. They went above and beyond. After they saw I was struggling to walk to get into the facility the staff immediately ran to me and offered me and my husband assistance. Even after shift change they informed the oncoming staff members that I was here to recover from surgery. They kept check on us, gave my husband directions, and recommendations on where to go to get whatever we needed. They didn't hassle us at checkout because we suppose to have left on the 27th. After my husband told them I was still in excruciating pain and I couldn't get up they immediately told him not too worry we could keep the room and just do another reservation.

I paid for a queen size, handicap accessible room but ended up with a full size bed (that was totally uncomfortable for my husband)( somewhat to me) and on the 3rd floor. The doors closes pretty hard and the 1st night people were up rambling with all type of noise. We did have one light that didn't work. And definitely needs better mattresses and pillows.

The discount price for the room was reasonable. The staff was nice and welcoming.

The room could have been cleaned a little better and the people in the room above us are very noisy and is not considerate of the guests below them.

DeAndre and Deborah at the front desk are very much good at their jobs .. I’m always greeted with Good mornings and/or evenings .. they both make sure any needs or wants are taken care of. Miss Nikita (manager I believe) is a gem as well and shoutout out to Mr Williams (maintenance) as well I needed a quick fix in my room and there was no hesitation on fixing it. I do appreciate all they have done to make my stays comfortable and fitting

Quiet,easy access,good location

Management came to door to "inspect" room. Scared me and they were aggressive. Turns out someone reported someone smoking in their room. It was not us and it was very over reactive in my part!

It was quiet and the staff was great From the GM and DeAndre and Receptionist that checked me in absolutely beautiful personality. Will absolutely be staying again..

The hall smelled like weed..The only problem.

I loved everything the employees the over all respect kind and courtesy everything is what I expected cleans rooms clean beds employees answered all my questions overall 10 out of 10

Deborah she is one of a kind! she really takes the time out to become more than just a front desk clerk! she makes it feel like it’s home!

the rate is ridiculously high and they only have 2 deluxe king studio rooms and one person has been in one of the 2 as a long term stay!

The young lady who checked us in was AWESOME didn't get her name but she had BEAUTIFUL RED HAIR!!! 😍

Staff very friendly and very kind, very well located (choice among 2 buses to go directly to the city center), great room, very clean, nice area.

location was great. the original location was completely book. Front desk lady was very nice and directed us to a nearby property
