Location! Location! Location! The staff was very friendly and helpful!

I did find several hairs in the bed on the white sheets which was very disappointing I was unable to be comfortable after that. I was disappointed that when came downstairs for breakfast in the morning I took some things to my car and came back in for breakfast. I left my room keys in the room because I wasn't going back up and I was unable to use my digital key to get any ice from the laundry area because I was already checked out.

The location was perfect and I felt safe. There were a variety of options for breakfast, but it was a bit one note. The bed was comfortable

The one thing that stood out the most and just simply disgusting is that the ice bucket is kept in the bathroom. I was so grossed out, I didn’t even use it. I also wish the sofa bed had more blankets in the closet. There needs to be hand soap in the bathroom in a pump. Lastly, the elevator had rust which seems to be an easy fix.

The breakfast and location was fine. I know it's expensive to replace a mattress, but the King mattress in 231 was a little bit lumpy. I've slept on less comfortable hotel mattresses, but I have also slept on far more comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Beds were comfortable

There was absolutely no safety mat or strips in the bathtub. Both myself and my daughter have had hip replacements. When I mentioned it to the clerk as we were checking out, she said we could always call ahead and request a safety mat for the tub. I think this should be a requirement for any room and unless it is corrected one day you will have a problem with a guest having an accident. I personally will not stay there anymore.

Excellent front receptionist! Very nice, hot breakfast with great selection of waffle and oatmeal toppings. Plenty of protein choices available too. Mini scones were yummy 😋 Love the comfortable beds and infused ice water in the lobby!

Couch in room needed some spot cleaning. Coffee in room could be improved and tea added.

Staff was excellent. Very welcoming and professional. Room was a good size and bathroom was huge; shower was very large and they supplied body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Love the black out curtains. Facilities were very clean and well cared for.

Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. I know people like different firmness in their mattresses, but even my husband who tends to like a firm mattress didn't sleep well because it was hard. I requested the highest floor, hotel has 4 floors. We were given a third floor room right beside the elevator. I didn't complain because the hotel was extremely full and one elevator was out of service.

Desk staff were very helpful and friendly.

The fire alarm activated in the afternoon. It took considerable time after the Fire Department cleared to reset the alarm and allow the guests to return to their rooms.

Cleanliness! Also upon our arrival, the staff were so welcoming! So very nice!

The gal at the front desk working the night shift had major attitude and was rude!

The location was great, the room was clean & comfortable,& the front desk people were friendly & nice. Claudia was very nice & friendly.

It was a little pricey.
