This place smelled like bleach... CLEAN, which is great for me, having immunodeficiency. The room was very nice and well stocked. Very spacious. The lady at the front desk was so sweet and patient. Booking placed my order under my middle name so she couldn't find it, but she didn't give up. So kind and a beautiful smile. Will definitely make this our normal stop when we make our cross country journey from now on.

Just personal because of preference, but the bed was a bit too soft. Everyone else in my family slept fine, though so seriously, if that's my only complaint, is it really a complaint?

It checked all my boxes…clean, affordable, and coffee downstairs. However, the shining star of the whole experience was the attendant at the front. He was incredibly welcoming and went about the process of checking guests in in a genuine and friendly way. I think he was having an issue with his contacts or something and I know he was personally struggling to see and he never once let it affect the service he provided his guests. You have a gem at your front desk and I hope he is recognized for his efforts. He’s exactly who you want to represent your brand.

Everything. We were in our yearly summer roadtrip and wanted to stop at Memphis. It was a bit far from downtown but it met our big family needs without breaking the bank. The breakfest was awesome for hotel breakfast. The rooms were clean and had space for the kids to move around. Safe area where I didn't have to worry about our car being broken into. There was a Costco right around the corner which was perfect for gas. Staff was great. This is definitely our Memphis hotel moving forward.

My only recommendation would providing more seating for breakfast. I feel like if folding chairs and tables were provided it would have helped. So many people had no place to sit and took over all of downstairs and outside which was unfortunate because even in the morning it was muggy and hot. I think some pre-planning could help with this based on the evenings census numbers .

We came for my husband’s surgery. We loved everything about the property! It was so clean and spacious. All of the staff were extremely nice! Would love to stay again.

Would like a lower price. (Don’t we all? Ha) I know things are really high right now but would have loved a little discount- two of us are seniors. Overall, we throughly enjoyed staying with you. All of the staff were wonderful. I cannot say enough about how nice they were!

The breakfast is great. So many options to eat and drink; bacon, sausage, eggs, fruits, yogurt, varieties of breads, jelly, cream cheese, orange and apple juice, water, tea and coffee. The breakfast is hot and fully filled. I was there in January when the snow was so high, and I could see all the time the staff cleaning outside and inside the hotel. Also, about the cleaning the room and the bathroom is very clean. Inside the shower there are large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. If you need to do the laundry you need to put 0.25 coins - 1.75 for wash and 1.50 for dry. If you don't have coins the front desk can exchange it for you. For me worked very well! The neighborhood is quiet. Also you can find a Circle K just walking 3 minutes. I strongly recommend to stay in Hyatt Place Memphis Germantown.

My boyfriend and I booked this place last minute for my return trip from work CT-TX. The place was beautiful from the moment we walked in. Staff was so very pleasant, and the room was absolutely stunning. I paid about 140 for the night. But the room was so comfy and big. The shower was SO great (which is huge points for me) plus a 12pm check out time? Can’t get any better than that. 10/10 will stay here again

Tho the shower looks nice, it allows water to go everywhere and makes a mess. Hand sanitizer at the front desk was never refilled. Therefore, was empty each time I attempted to use it. I know it was an accident, but somehow one of the employees sprayed me in the back of the head with some kind of cleaning product (that she was cleaning the floor with), which also ended up getting on our table as well, while eating.

It was really nice place. It was clean and easy to get to. Quite and peaceful location. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and we would stay again.

They checked someone else into our room after we were in the room. They just came walking in. The shower doors are half doors and the water from shower goes outside of shower.

Everything was great with this property. We specially liked the new hired lady in the front breakfast area. We forgot her name. She is blonde, and she was wearing a black dress those days. She told us she was new. She went above and beyond helping us with breakfast and taking care of us. Making our stay more memorable. Also, we like how secure you feel to walk around there.

Clean and spacious room. The bed and pillows were so fresh, clean and comfortable. The shower was refreshing The breakfast was exceptional! Fresh and hot! Scrambled eggs, hash browns, Canadian ham, fruit, pancakes, oatmeal, cereal …. You name it! I loved the soft music playing when we got out of our car. Nice touch. The grounds were immaculate. Thank you!

The spray used in the room and hotel was a little too much. For sensitive noses … it was a little difficult to get used to. For me it made it hard to breath. Also, the towels and washcloths were not as luxurious as expected but good enough. It’s just a thought if I needed to mention something that was not perfect!
