Started out very pleasant but Woke up to 16 plus vehicles had been broken in to, windows broken out and trashed and police everywhere. Definitely not expected. Did not stay the next night there. Scared and stay there again.

The hotel was located within walking distance to stores and restaurants. The staff was helpful and courteous. The room was spacious and clean. Gated parking. They give discounts to travel nurses

Everything. I frequent this hotel when I go to Memphis. It’s very secured, close to a lot of food place and gas stations, the bed was comfy, the room was clean. The black Staff at the bar and dining room were very welcoming. Cyree, Krystal and Corey J were awesome af! I don’t know who the black manager was during breakfast, but she doesn’t not do her job when what I could tell sitting there for 2 hours. Oh! The cookies were awesome as well.

I didn't eat breakfast at the hotel. But I can tell you one thing for sure. The staff at this hotel was top notch! Everyone was so helpful. We stayed for six days, and enjoyed each and every minute we were there! When we first checked in, we had an issue with our room card. But within ten minutes, it was resolved. I would recommend this hotel to anyone with no problem! This place will be my go to place when I return to Memphis! No doubt about it!

I can honestly say I had no issues with this hotel. I've stayed in a lot of hotels over the past 30 years, and this hotel ranks in the top five. It ranks number one!

Coffee machine didn’t work & they canceled my reservation because they tried to charge my card before the stay which shouldn’t have happened because it was a pay at the hotel reservation. I never put the card im actually using on file for that specific reason.

Everything from the time I pulled up to the time I left. It was wonderful! I booked around 8pm because we live in Memphis and our power is out and now has been out for 28 hrs. When I booked it was the only hotel available I live in Raleigh but we drove all the way out there so the children could be comfortable. We made it about 10 something it was a long line alot of people were trying to get a room when I say the front desk was so nice. It was a man and a woman and they made sure they worked with us all and let us know they would take care of each customer! It was great. The best hotel I have stayed in in a long time and I stay at hotels on the regular! I loved the room the parking in a gated parking lot it was just wonderful! Thank you all! We were stressed being without power from the storm but staying there made it all better!

Everything was awesome!

Everything was great except when I first went to use the restroom it had a bit of a urine scent, I just wiped around with my lysol wipes and it was good to go not sure if it was the rag the cleaning crew used or maybe the forgot to wipe that area, but at any rate other than that it was great.

Everything was great within the hotel itself. The breakfast was excellent! I liked that management accompanied my family despite of the issue at hand. They made us feel at home and very much welcomed.

Just one staff member was very rude and acted like she didn't care whether Corporate was called and I mean she had a terrible attitude, where she got into it with a guest I was with. We made it in time to check in and rooms was not ready which the charge and check out time would still be the same. Everyone else was great except this one person who should not be in customer service.

Very nice hotel, staff was great. Location was perfect everything was near by. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend 👌🏼.

I had 1 issue I ordered a steak salad from the restaurant. I asked for my steak to be medium well. It took over an hour for a salad. Once I got my salad and got back to my room, the steak was well done and tuff. I couldn't chew it. I'm a kidney transplant patient with digestive issues. I can not process or eat overcooked beef. The restaurant had closed I was the last order. I was very disappointed 😞. Went to bed hungry that night. The weather was to bad to adventure out for food. Waste of money and my time.

I would like to mention how great your staff is….. Ashley when we arrived, Regi in the evening when we needed something, Deidra at breakfast was great and informative, Asia at the front desk when we checked out was a pleasure to deal with.
