Started out very pleasant but Woke up to 16 plus vehicles had been broken in to, windows broken out and trashed and police everywhere. Definitely not expected. Did not stay the next night there. Scared and stay there again.

The hotel was located within walking distance to stores and restaurants. The staff was helpful and courteous. The room was spacious and clean. Gated parking. They give discounts to travel nurses

Safe location. Nice and clean and will definitely be staying next time. The only thing I found wrong is the WiFi connection when try to hook up to my Xbox. If you do decide to bring your gaming console, you might want to ask first because I couldn’t connect to it.

Everything. I frequent this hotel when I go to Memphis. It’s very secured, close to a lot of food place and gas stations, the bed was comfy, the room was clean. The black Staff at the bar and dining room were very welcoming. Cyree, Krystal and Corey J were awesome af! I don’t know who the black manager was during breakfast, but she doesn’t not do her job when what I could tell sitting there for 2 hours. Oh! The cookies were awesome as well.

Coffee machine didn’t work & they canceled my reservation because they tried to charge my card before the stay which shouldn’t have happened because it was a pay at the hotel reservation. I never put the card im actually using on file for that specific reason.

I didn't eat breakfast at the hotel. But I can tell you one thing for sure. The staff at this hotel was top notch! Everyone was so helpful. We stayed for six days, and enjoyed each and every minute we were there! When we first checked in, we had an issue with our room card. But within ten minutes, it was resolved. I would recommend this hotel to anyone with no problem! This place will be my go to place when I return to Memphis! No doubt about it!

I can honestly say I had no issues with this hotel. I've stayed in a lot of hotels over the past 30 years, and this hotel ranks in the top five. It ranks number one!

We stayed at this property while our home was completed for move in. The entire staff was extremely accommodating and made sure that our stay was as close to home as it could be! Everyone was extremely friendly and we really enjoyed our stay! We appreciate you all so very much! Thank you!

Everything was great except when I first went to use the restroom it had a bit of a urine scent, I just wiped around with my lysol wipes and it was good to go not sure if it was the rag the cleaning crew used or maybe the forgot to wipe that area, but at any rate other than that it was great.

Everything from the time I pulled up to the time I left. It was wonderful! I booked around 8pm because we live in Memphis and our power is out and now has been out for 28 hrs. When I booked it was the only hotel available I live in Raleigh but we drove all the way out there so the children could be comfortable. We made it about 10 something it was a long line alot of people were trying to get a room when I say the front desk was so nice. It was a man and a woman and they made sure they worked with us all and let us know they would take care of each customer! It was great. The best hotel I have stayed in in a long time and I stay at hotels on the regular! I loved the room the parking in a gated parking lot it was just wonderful! Thank you all! We were stressed being without power from the storm but staying there made it all better!

Ashley when we arrived, Regi in the evening when we needed something, Deidra at breakfast was great and informative, Asia at the front desk when we checked out was a pleasure to deal with.
