Location was ok.

The lady who handles breakfast was rude to my kids and wife. When we came down for breakfast she came out of nowhere with an attitude. I don’t know if it was cuz we had our 6 kids down there or what. They were not loud don’t understand what the deal was all I know I paid good money for a 2 bed room with sofa couch so of course we had an amount of people with us. Completely ruined ending experience so we left early. Don’t no one disrespect my kids u come to the parent or grown up.

Breakfast was very good. The staff made sure everything was full at all times and clean. Staff at desk was very accommodating and friendly. Bed was comfortable and room was clean

The TV would not work. I watched static all night. The HVAC system in room the fan was making a very loud noise. I had to turn it off just to get some sleep which then made the room hot. I reported this all to the front desk but it seem the way they acted that I was just making complaints. She didn't write anything down of what I was saying. So not sure if it was turned into maintenance or not. She wasn't the best.

The facility in "undergoing renovation" and the first room we were given had its share of problems, mainly air conditioning that wasn't working while outdoor temps were 99 degrees, but the manager on duty attempted an in room fix and found us another room when the fix didn't work. The second room was fine. Staff here is highly responsive to guest needs. Breakfast could not have been better! We did not use the indoor pool. Both times that we stayed here out of town youth sports teams have also been guests, and they have been well behaved.

Air conditioning in first room could have worked.

Breakfast was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was very convenient for restaurants.

I booked the room and selected "pay at the property" and was charged the day before we arrived. I was told this was a deposit when I called the property to ask about it. Additionally I was charged a $50.00 fee for "incidentals" which is refundable, in 7 to 10 days. There was no mention of this deposit on the website. Additionally we were short on the number of washcloths we needed. This was explained because of replacement of the water heaters for the property the previous day.

It was a wonderful hotel with extremely friendly staff! The pool and hot tub was amazing!! The rooms were very clean and we were provided with anything we needed. I wanted to take the bed home, it was so comfortable!!!

Honestly, there wasn't. Best hotel I've stayed at!

Loved the indoor pool & the shower amenities. The king size bed & pillows were comfortable! I also loved the window shade with the print.

In the king size bed room there were only 2 drawers & they were not clean so we had to clean out the debris before storing our clothes in them. Also, the shelves were quite dusty. The bathroom had no exhaust fan.

The best part of the stay was Ms Jam. She was great. A joy to talk to. She made us feel like we were at home!

The breakfast wasn’t the best. The pillows were awful. The a/c fan ran on low the entire time. There was a high a/c fan setting but it did not run high. There was no setting for the the fan to run automatically or continuously. I had to set the temperature on 65 for the fan to run. Once the fan stopped, it got hot in the room and the air became stale.

We Loved this hotel! The location was beautiful and close to restaurants and shopping. The front desk clerk, Nina, was friendly and helpful. The room was clean & comfortable. The room had a microwave and refrigerator. The breakfast was free & delicious. They had 2 pools and a workout room. We highly recommend this hotel!

We loved everything!

It was very nice, quite, safe , and comfortable The lady that came on at 3 pm to check me in was just so kind friendly bubbly and fun to joke around with she told me how to get to Gus fried chicken it was amazing so I bought her lunch 🫶🏽

The only complaint would be the light outside the window beaming on the window all night even with shades still bad

The property was in a great, safe location. The staff and owner were probably the most helpful and courteous people I met in that business. I recommend this place to anyone within the area.
