The hotel was very clean and the location was perfect! It is conveniently located near everything. We were there for a baseball tournament and it was only 10 minutes from the fields also. We loved our stay here.

The only complaint we have is that our room was not clean when we arrived at 6 p.m. to check in and the housekeeping was already gone for the day. It took us 45 minutes to check in and ended up being switched to a 2 double bed room vs the 2 queen bed room we had booked for the same price. The only explanation we got was that there were only 2 housekeepers for the whole hotel and they didn't have time to clean all the rooms.

The bed was SUPER comfortable. The shower was perfect.

The only possible complaint I have is the smell when we first walked into the room. It didnt smell fresh. Just kind of.. stale air. The air unit was on and it felt fine, but the smell wasnt good. One more thing was the bartender. She was super super slow and chatty.

The hotel was very, very clean and nice. Had a bar, resteraunt, indoor pool, room service. The staff were all super friendly. The hotel was walking distance to resteraunts and walmart next door. It was an awesome stay!

I wish the bar would've stayed open longer but it was the typical time that most resteraunts close anyway

The location was perfect for my needs. The two staff members that I interacted with were absolutely amazing. The first was the manager on duty at check-in, one of the best persons in the hospitality industry I've ever dealt with. I left a very sentimental blanket upon checkout and panicked!! I called back and the desk clerk was extremely nice, she told housekeeping found it and placed it upfront for my pick-up..she really made a sad moment turn to grateful!!. I will definitely return upon my next visit.

It’s always clean and tidy. I always have to check and clean when i get to a hotel after staff. But not at the Hilton!!!!! I know it’s clean and tidy even when i do my own little cleaning. We’re always comfortable and i will always stay here when i visit home in tn.

our room was opposite a store room, with staff in and out letting the door slam from about 6am. on the morning of checking out housekeeping knocked on the door three separate times trying to clean the room, despite check out being 12pm.

I loved the friendly staff, the restaurant, pool, and the ambiance as soon as we walked in!!

My room wasn't cleaned everyday like I was informed it would be.

From the moment that my wife and I arrived at the facilities, there was a very warm and receptive atmosphere. We were greeted by Rosha who went out of her way to ensure that we had everything that we needed. She made us feel like we were family and the Hilton Corporation should consider themselves lucky to have her.

The ONLY issue was that there were only a couple of styrofoam cups in the room to drink out of. Once my wife had her coffee and I my tea, we were left with no other options for drinking our water throughout the the rest of the day.

It was a great location, and had a nice restaurant.

I paid an additional cost according to booking.com for breakfast included. I was told that it did not come with breakfast according to the booking. after showing them my booking confirmation, the associates gave me a voucher.
