It’s was updated and although on a busy street you couldn’t hear the noise outside. It was nice and quiet at night. When you got off the elevator it smelled so clean and fresh. The room was huge plenty of room the bathroom had double sinks. We had the queen suite with sofa sectional area. The AC was amazing was able to keep it cold at night. Breakfast is great to get started and save money on a meal!

There wasn’t anything to complain about.

This was by far the best hotel we have stayed at. It was very clean and smelled AMAZING! We travel for our daughters travel softball tournaments, so we have stayed at our fair share of hotels! Hands down THE BEST!

The only thing we didn't like...NO POOL! My son was so upset!

Breakfast was appreciated, however it was not exceptional. Variety was standard. Bottled water would be nice as an offering, however in its absence a staff attendant was kind to get me one upon request.

No discount for late check in. This hotel was my second pick after first one didn't pull through and I arrived after 10pm

The staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast was good. The room was really clean and comfortable.

There was a baseball team staying during our stay. They were camped out in the parking lot doing what looked like tailgating. Kids were running up the hallways and slamming doors for some time which was quite disturbing and annoying. The hotel ran out of towels so we had had to wait for an hour or so for towels to be able to shower. It was a minor inconvenience because it made us late to our event. The mirror was broken in our bathroom by previous guests when we arrived but we notified staff and they noted it.

Room was not clean shower wall was dirty Chip under the couch and footstoolshad old food under them.

The room was quiet, the bathroom was updated, and there was good water pressure.

The beds were too hard, and the hotel was difficult to find.

For being updated, some things didn’t work as well, like USB plug ins. Rooms also couldn’t be close together.
