I liked everything ! All employees were friendly, helpful, courteous, just all around very nice. Especially Maya in the breakfast area. All breakfast foods were great. Excellent variety. General manager Eugene Perez is an asset to the company ! I did however miss the front desk attendant princess. She was great last time I was there. The location of the hotel is excellent ! Easy access to several restaurants, Walmart. Very nice safe and clean area. Will continue to stay here when visiting !

We were traveling to Memphis/Graceland. Was a bit hesitant about that area so stayed a little bit out. Best decision! When we first entered the hotel it was so pretty and well decorated. The girls at the front desk were nice, receptive and helpful! The room was very nice, bed comfortable and clean! Breakfast was delicious and the Lady that worked there was so sweet!! Mrs. Princess was the best!! I wish I had all the ladies names because they were all so nice, receptive and helpful! The hotel is near a Walmart (walking distance) and so is quite a few restaurants! I hope other Best Western Plus are as nice as this because I will search them out!

Toilet paper was a bit rough and the pool isn't heated. (Just my preference)

Due to a number of recent deaths, we spent this weekend and the previous weekend at this BWPD. We were pleased with our accommodations and recommended it to our family traveling to the area and they also were pleased. We woukd like to give a special thanks to Princess at the front desk. Excellent customer service. When discussing with her a need to meet for a couple of hours to plan funeral arrangements for a family member, she offered us the conference room so we could privately discuss the matter. She was awesome and we will definitely make BWPD our first choice for any future visits.

Not too busy of an area but enough around to have good food choices. Included breakfast was a good spread and the biscuits were wonderful.

Supposed to be a non-smoking facility but the hallway on the floor we stayed on smelled strongly of marijuana the night we arrived. Luckily our room didn’t smell of it or I likely would have called the front desk to complain. Smell was gone in the morning so seems like another person staying on our floor was likely smoking or vaping it in their room in the evening.

The recent reviews did not match our experience. Everything was fine and dandy. The service was efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was much better than I anticipated. The location was great with many restaurants nearby, a Walmart, and a Home Depot adjacent to the hotel. What more could a person ask for!😊

Someone was making some kind of noise early one of the mornings. My wife said it sounded like a book was being dropped in the hall, repeatedly. Not really an issue concerning the hotel, but it was the only negative to an otherwise pleasant stay.

I liked the staff in particular they were amazing and extremely kind. Then the hotel was extremely nice and clean as we're the rooms! Also they have really fast wifi, will help you with anything you can call or go ask at the desk and it's one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at!

Honestly nothing could have been better. I mean everything was extremely nice and clean. The staff were great so no issues at all honestly. Even booking another day was extremely easy and so is using the travel apps to book.

The hotel lobby is beautiful. The rooms are well appointed. The room was clean except the bacteria in the shower. The breakfast is plentiful and decent. I love that there is an indoor pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

There is red Serratia bacteria along the bottom of the shower wall/floor. Housekeeping needs to use bleach in the shower. The hallways smell damp. The hallways feel like an ice box. Air conditioner was blowing, despite temperature in the 40s outside. The bed feels like a brick. Despite the negatives, I would return because the positives outweighed them.

I loved that there was coffee available in the lobby at all hours. I especially appreciated the decaf coffee in the evening. The breakfast spread was wonderful and there was plenty of space to enjoy our meal right there. I also appreciated that more paper products were available (cups, plates, etc) rather than plastic or foam. The beds were comfortable and the best selection of pillows than anyplace I stayed the previous three nights. Some of us like firmer pillows! Staff was friendly. It was a great, though short stay.

From the start, Staff was exceptionally helpful and pleasant! The associate who checked me in at appropriately 11:30 pm, blew my socks off! She was welcoming and so thoughtful and kind. I was unaware it was the end of her shift. When I came down from taking my bags to my room, she waited to drive off, reserving her parking for me.I😀Often stay at the Marriott and it’s brand hotels. This was my first stay at Best Western Hotel. It will not be my last! Loved Loved the Expresso kiosk…Thank you for a wonderful stay. Lisa Edwards 4Aug2023

The House keeping manager came in my room as I was lying down. Unusual considering there was a do not disturb marker on the door knob.

The staff was great and breakfast was good. The lobby and hallways looked good.

We had to change rooms 3 times do to unclean room in one. The second room the entry door was broken( hinge or pin bad), and the room smell very bad. The 3rd room was a upgrade but the bed was hard and the bed rails stick out to far. We kept hitting our legs and furniture was to low. And the towels are old and used up, they need to replace all women out towels with Brand new towels...
