We loved the location of this hotel, it is just off the Highway in a nice suburb and very easy to access. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very good; the children were suitably impressed with the Cinnabon rolls! The room was clean, beds were super comfy and the bathrooms were nice. There is a service station, Dairy Queen and a few other food options on the same block and it was a quick drive to other restaurants like Starbucks, Coltons etc. We will stay here again!

We were happy with our stay so not a dislike just more so feedback on communication. We did lose power over night and so breakfast was delayed on one of the mornings which an announcement of some sort would have been nice, so we weren't left wandering what was happening. This would not deter us from staying here again at all though.

Breakfast was great. Your attendant did a great job, the food was cooked well, not dried out or over cooked. Outside was well kept, entrance had flowers and was attractive.

For a Holiday Inn, I was surprised that there was peeling paint with flaked off places in the bathroom. The bathroom was clean, just looked rundown.

The bed was super comfortable. The room was spacious, clean and smelled wonderful! The staff was exceptionally nice and were able to answer all my questions and take care of my needs. The rooms even had Keirig coffee machines! Loved this hotel. It was on par with resort hotels I have stayed at in the past. Super!

We met Sharida at the front desk who was very helpful and accommodating. Most of the time we were out however when we got back the room was comfortable, got a good sleep. Would definitely stay there again.

It would be nice if the fridge had a complementary bottle water.

Need to check to see that the bed spread in between the sheets had some stains Where needed to be washed Other than that I always still come perpare to wipe down and sanitize my room. Even before covid Lighting in room could be little better not enough light for me to read before bed.

Room was far away from lobby, good thing I am an active 70 year old. Shower was amazing, hot water, great pressure. I left early, breakfast was served later due to the holiday.

Wonderful stay. Booked last minute but room was ready when I got there. Girl at desk was fabulous and recommended the steak house next door and told me about breakfast.
