The facility was very well maintained. It was clean and the location was quiet and very peaceful. Michael was especially extremely nice and he made our stay even better. He’s a great employee and goes above and beyond with his hospitality. Every business needs more employees like him!!!

The floor we was on had someone smoking weed on it so the entire hall smelled like a dead skunk. We put towels at our door to try and keep the smell from entering our room.

The staff and the location was awesome. The staff was nice from the time I arrived until the time I left. I was waiting to be checked out and this guy was drunk and going off but the person at the desk was nice the whole time. The location is tucked away like hidden. That was exactly what I was looking for.

The bathroom tub could've been cleaned better or maybe it just needs updating but that's it.

The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were very friendly and accommodating. It's nice having the on- site restaurant but the food and menu choices could be improved upon.

The hotel is also a conference center and has been there a long time. It's dated but renovations are ongoing.

Microwave not in the room have to walk down the hallway to use The balcony is very misleading its not a balcony it's a cement slab no room to sit out there let alone stand. The bathroom in my room was not clean hair left in the sink and makeup all over the wall

The customer service was great we were greeted with friendly smiles. The manager appeared to be training a new worker and he was being so thorough about their system and the questions she should ask the customer. Overall it was a very good stay and we will return there.

There was only a top sheet and a thin blanket on the bed. I realize it was warmer weather but we like a little thicker blanket on the bed. We had to go to the local Walmart and buy an extra blanket.

Really nice renovated, historic hotel. I enjoyed reading the history behind it. The price was fabulous! The rooms were clean, bathroom clean and staff was helpful.

For it to be non-smoking, the hallways had a definite smell of smoke. Breakfast was good but better the last time I stayed here.

Hotel is a hiden gem. If you are looking for a place to relax with little to no interruptions, this is the place for you. There aren't a lot of businesses around, so there was very little foot traffic. Very quite and isolated.

There was a stuffy smell around the hotel. Maybe they have smoking rooms? I'm not sure.

Space and location. AC worked great and staff was friendly. Like that breakfast was included.

Room was not recently updated and just looked worn down, could have been because I had to have a pet friendly room.

This is my favorite hotel in the whole world! The staff are always so helpful and friendly! They are always improving the hotel and the rooms are large and comfortable!

I had to park off the facility due to a convention because their were no available parking spaces. And the front desk lied and said that they'll be there until 5 but they was out by 12
