The location was perfect for the wedding we attended. Room was pretty clean, there was some leftover party tape/stickers on the wall and ceiling above the bed when we checked in which was kind of disturbing. We chalked it up to clear tape/sticky tack not caught by housekeeping.... and Prom season had just ended. Either way my over 6ft hubby was able to get it off the ceiling for the next guests.... When we told the front desk they were alarmed, and eager to help the situation if need be. Breakfast was good, fresh choices

I elected to pay, not at time of booking the room, but at the hotel during check in. I travel the US on a regular basis for business using Booking dot com... always select the pay at check in option. My card was charged at 4AM on the day of my arrival 12 hours prior to my 4PM check in. When agreements are not honored, trust issues arise. Will not stay at this brand or location in the future.

Very good. The woman working to keep things stocked during breakfast on morning of Dec 25, 2024 did an excellent job. Location lovely. Hot food was hot. A+. The room was spacious, clean, comfy beds, very nice. The front desk woman on Christmas Eve and same person on Christmas morning was fabulous. She was friendly, cheerful, so nice. Jennifer. I asked her how she got such a bad schedule: she worked evening of 24th for a sick co-worker and morning of 25th was her own schedule. Such a positive and sweet person. Great employee!

Too bad we weren't staying longer!

I had multiple plane delays and didn't get in until 2am, but it was quick and easy to get my room. As a result of the delays, I had cancelled then rebooked. The cancelation was via a third party, and didn't go through. Instead of winding up paying twice for a 6-hour stay, the morning manager went out of her way to clear the extra charge. I had resigned myself to paying so it was a very pleasant surprise and very much appreciated.

Very Clean. The staff was very friendly and assured me I was in a safe place. I was on the first floor with easy access to my vehicle. My room was very clean and comfortable. Thank you for outstanding service!

I can't think of anything that I didn't like. Maybe the sausage biscuits could have been better at breakfast, as they were soggy when opened, but I can't really complain about that much!

We loved everything about our stay here! There was a good hot breakfast ready for us every morning with a big variety. The room and bathroom both were very clean and spacious. We were across the street from the outdoor mall with lots of stores and restaurants. The staff was very nice and friendly! We could connect our Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts to the TV to stream movies. We will definitely visit this hotel again!!

All of the staff I had contact with were super friendly and in good spirits. The property is well maintained and if super clean.

I didn’t think the bed was comfortable but in all fairness I’m used to a memory foam mattress. We were in a room facing hwy 385 which is similar to an interstate. The road noise was loud despite the double paned windows.

Property is located in a great area, easy access to highway, shopping, restaurants, etc. Continental Breakfast was great and staff was friendly! Would recommend!

Just wish the beds were a little cozier but the soft pillows make up for hard beds!

Everything about this hotel is perfect. From the staff who always greets you,to the very nice room (including the exceptional rain shower bathroom) to the great breakfast. We were in town visiting friends and without a doubt will return in a couple months.
