The rooms was very clean the staff was very nice and it we're in a very nice area the hotel is very quiet and peaceful I love it I will recommend anybody to stay here because it's very safe secured very clean thank you. I still very comfortable the best was very comfortable like I said I would recommend anybody to stay here thank you home I'm and suites.

The room and lounge area were very clean and relaxing.

In our room, we had several issues. First, in the tub the, the bottom was very slipery. The "grab" bar was nearly pulled off the wall, like someone had to grab it to keep from falling. It was needing just some maintence and minor repairs. The bath tissue was so thin that it took 3 or 4 sheets to use. Secordly, the microwave was damaged, and had burn marks. My wife was afraid to use it. The continal breakfast was the bare minimum. The staff was very hard to understand because of lanuage differences.

This is my third time staying here, and I must say the location is superb. It is right next to the interstate, meaning quick access to any part of Memphis, and every type of eateries. Most importantly, the hotel is immaculate, and Sam was a fantastic host.

Immediate check in, clean. Close to the facility I needed to be at for an event.

Didn’t have everything I needed in the room. Had to ask for an iron and the one received didn’t work needed to be replaced a second time however they did accommodate

The room was clean, the bed was nice and comfortable, and the internet was amazingly fast with no bad connection or freezing. The A/C was cold and the water was hot. Highly recommend.

Really don't have any complaints as it relates to the service from the staff of anything to really gripe about as it relates to this hotel.

Home Inn and suites met all of my requirements so as far as I things I didn't like would just be complaining. So once again I would stay here and recommend this hotel.

Everything is well. The cleanliness is always excellent. It smell good and looks good at all times. Costumers services is a plus. I always like relaxing at home inn suites because it is very quite.

Comfy stay, necessities provided, kind staff! We were traveling 7 hours from the hurricane in Georgia to be closer to our family in our hometown and the hotel gave homey feeling.

Good hotel for the price. Clean room with comfy bed and everything worked. No complaints from me. Right off the freeway so there's alot of traffic but not terrible.

I liked that the staff was nice and the rooms were clean and nice.

The bed wa not that soft for and it had a dent in it and the people next door had a dog and played there music half the night!!
