It was a quiet area, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities and the staff was extremely helpful and kind. In particular, dr. Ron at the reception not only welcomed us on our first visit to the States, but he was extremely kind, and meeting him was truly one of the highlights of our trip. He was very helpful, not only in making sure we were comfortable at the hotel, but all the recommendations and advice he gave us helped us have the best time possible in Memphis. I’d definitely recommend the hotel, even though it might not be at the heart of the city, it’s easy enough to navigate the area with a car.

Hotel was clean, well maintained, very good breakfast. The morning clerk was friendly and helpful at check out.

Evening clerk was on the phone with a friend the entire time I and two others checked in. She was unhelpful and seemed to be completely consumed with her phone call. Also, she said that a $100 deposit was mandatory upon check in. I'm not totally against a deposit, but it should have been stated at some point during the initial booking, and not sprung on me at check in!

Easy to find. Access to parking lot and hotel was smooth and safe. Front desk staff very helpful as I called a few times to confirm on my way in, especially Ron at night - he was excellent!

Proximity to DT - but we stayed there for the airport access. Pull out bed mattress maybe can use an update, still was clean and effective.

It is really close to the airport. They serve a good breakfast. It is served from 6 to 9. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. The cable is fuzzy on a lot of channels. We were in the room next to the stairwell which is very loud. I would request an interior room next time so the outside door doesn't slam and keep you up all night. They have a gated parking lot which was nice. There is a good Mexican food restaurant two blocks down. I wouldn't walk, I drove. All in all a good value if you have an early flight.

The staff was pleasant and helpful. The hotel was clean and in close proximity to the airport. Breakfast was convenient. The bed was comfortable.

The room could have used more lighting. I only had two lamps around the bed and the bathroom light. No light on the desk area which was not helpful.

Decent hot breakfast! Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioning in room was excellent! Location felt safe. Away from everyday hustle but within 10/15 mins to all the big attractions.

Front desk staff was slightly rude! We just shook it off as maybe she was just overwhelmed with guests checking in.

Breakfast wasn't out only thing available was the waffle to make, sausages no eggs , seem like they stopped cooking at 8am, also I was charged an extra 100 which I didn't read online before booking was surprised when I checked in

Ideal location for my trip, far enough away from Downtown but close enough to use Uber to get to the entertainment.

No WiFi in breakfast and reception area which was frustrating due to a fault which was not fixed after reporting. Needed it to book other parts of our vacation.

The breakfast was alright. I would have liked a few more fruit options.

The thing I didn't like was the toilet made a loud noise after flushing, and the air conditioner was loud. Also, the pillows need to be a little more firm.
