The employees that checked me in and the ones that checked me out. They are some sweet hearted understanding young woman. They need promotions compared to the woman from the end of 2023 who was there at the front desk. The ones you have now at the front desk, keep them. They made sure me and my family got a good nights sleep from moving for hours with small babies. I really appreciate and thank y’all so much. May God Bless those young ladies.

Of course no complementary breakfast or breakfast to purchase besides the vending machines or leaving out for food. TV’s need a complete upgrade. Pillows were not comfortable, they are all worn out.

It’s close to everything, room was clean, shower was hot, not much noise like it once used to be.

The property was fine, but the front desk lady (Candice) was rude and had a very dry personality! When I got there to check in she literally sat on her phone watching videos, then proceeded to get on her phone and have a conversation as if I wasn’t standing there, she took her precious time to get us in our room. No smile, no greeting, nothing just a DRY, UGLY personality!! Other than that overall stay was fine!!

When I checked into the hotel, I had to show my driver's license. However, I didn’t realize until the next morning at the airport that the hotel staff had kept my license at the front desk. The staff member was too busy on her cellphone when I checked out to give me a receipt or to inform me that they had retained my driver's license. Thankfully, the hotel is located near the airport, so I rushed back to retrieve it and catch my flight.

The staff was phenomenal they were very friendly the girls at the front desk they were so cute it was such a treat to stay there

The facilities outside could have been a little cleaner I noticed behind the building the fences were broken the pool was out of service and I was just there in August so it would have been nice to take a nice cool dip in the pool some unsavory characters hanging out in the back but it was safe I had no issues but I think that should be worked on

I don't like tge fact that I paid in advance #1 for a close to the front room and because you had a dull House I stayed farther away from the front desk. I stay in room 272. I've been coming there almost a year and this is a first. It'll be a few months before I come back because I just wasn't pleased with this last trip. If I already paid the people walking in should get last bid on other rooms. I am 61 with a total knee replacement and my husband has 2 hip replacements I like staying at this hotel but this stay could've been handled differently. Also the key didn't work and no hot water the first night. My next stay I know I have a discount

Housekeeper manager and overall the housekeeping was so polite and helpful I just love them everyone was helpful and Mr Harold was wonderful the pleasure of the group at Travelodge and front desk assistant was great

I loved everything I didn't dislike nothing and the room was wonderful clean and pleasant

I loved the location, the price and the friendly attitude of the staff. The cleainess of the room. How easy it was to get to my room and how they kept us supplied with clean towels and tissue

I didn't like that there was no soap in room. They I wasn't informed you had to purchase breakfast. And the limited channels on the television

The hotel doesn't have shuttle service from & to the airport for customers In addition to this the lobby area doesn't have chairs or culches The main entrance, the lobby and the hallway to some extent need renovation

It took maintenance 4 hrs to come fix the TV. He would say he was going to get something, then take an hrs to do so. It was also extremely small. No good channels at all. Less than 20 channels. The toilet never got fixed so we could flush it.

The staff was so nice & accommodating. I was skeptical on staying after getting there & noticing the surroundings, but my stay was great. I would stay again if need to.

My mattress had a spring coming from the side & microwave door got stuck when tried to open.
