Free airport shuttle arrived promptly even though it was not long after midnight when our plane landed. The receptionist was so nice and efficient getting us checked in and giving us information about breakfast and the Wi-Fi passcode. Since it was so late when we arrived we asked about a late checkout and she approved that…she was great. The room was good, spacious enough. Comfy bed with wonderful pillows. Good amenities, individual sized. Breakfast was good, standard choices.

Even though we had approved late check out and the “Please do not disturb” tag was on the door a knock came, disturbing us. The day receptionist was a bit blah, not much response when we left.

I was disappointed that there was no real discount available for veterans as the discounts available was the same one I got by purchasing it online myself. The pool was also closed which was one of the reasons I came here and spent the additional $40 for no reason

The staff were excellent. The rooms were clean and pleasant.

There was a strong marijuana smell in the hallway. The soap had been used and placed back in the wrapper. The heat/air conditioner didn’t work and three out of four beds only had thin blankets with no comforter/bedspread.

The desk clerk, Jay, was super nice and helpful.

The property was nice enough, much like most hotels that are budget friendly and older. Beds were comfortable and the hot breakfast was pleasant.

We got stuck in Memphis due to weather issues and the Comfort Inn was able to accommodate us with our multiple delays. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the shuttle to the airport was a great bonus.

The outside if the facility will scare you because it's not pretty or eye catching outside, the room was cool.

I didn't like all the running the kids was doing. The front desk girl, the one that work over night looked high and was watching TV, not paying attention.

The staff was extremely helpful with getting a ride to the airport. Everyone was always smiling and greeting me when I was near. The breakfast was really good and loved the 24 hour coffee bar.

The front desk staff were amazingly helpful and accommodating. My flight schedule had been significantly changed by the airline, but the hotel staff was flexible and went above and beyond to assist me.

Room smelled very clean. Bed was super comfy. Staff were friendly. Sheets looked new. Quiet rooms. Lobby was comfortable. Room stayed cold. Good supply of hot water in bathroom. Felt safe staying there alone. Front desk held my bag while I went to mall after check out. Breakfast looked good.

Breakfast ends at 9, was written on my card it ends at 10. Dresser was broken. No places to walk to get food around.

Staff was very friendly and made us feel welcomed. Room was a little dusty but comfortable. I would stay again.

Ice machine was broken on first and 2nd floor.
