Very clean and up to date.

Hated the auto check in process! Having to text your license and picture is a BIG security risk for the user and if I had known we had to do that BEFORE I made the reservation I would have not chosen this hotel!!!

I loved the bed! It was so comfortable. Loved the lit magnifying mirror in the bathroom area, too. AWESOME shower and water pressure. Got nice and hot. They were very gracious to me by refunding one of my night’s stay due to a death in the family so we could leave early.

The contactless check in. And that there was a need for 24/7 security. It was gated too. Everything was gated. It was unnerving and made me feel like I was in a bad part of town. Lobby is currently under construction right now too.

The ataff was super friendly and very helpful, the parking lot security was much appreciated, and the breakfast was good.

The room was comfortable, but a little smaller & crowded than most modern rooms. Also, the carpet, paint, and fixtures in the room felt a little dated. The room was also short on amenities (no coffee maker, microwave, etc.)

The salmon flatbread was good breakfast was good

I sent you a text on the things I thought you could improve on I do not like the digital key because it was very frustrating getting into the room every night had to get guest services to print me a card key which was a lot better than using my phone which was funny because after I got into my room 15 minutes later I left and good services was again trying to help somebody get in their room right across the hall from me I see a lot of guests frustrated with it no one likes to have to go back down look for the guest services in order to get in your room. And you might need a couple more luggage racks I had to wait 10 12 minutes to get a luggage rack to check out with.

The entrance of the lobby was beautiful all the staff was nice and helpful. The hotel was gated with security. It had an indoor pool and an outdoor pool. It had complimentary breakfast. I like that the location had grocery stores convenience stores and gas stations very close

The only thing I really didn't like was the pool close at 10:00 p.m. and with being outside sight seeing all day I didn't get much pool time and I love the water. There is no lifeguard so not sure why the pool had to close at 10:00 but the gym got to stay open 24 hours

The property exceeded my expectations. I was super skeptical about staying here but after reading google reviews and pictures I booked. The property was very upscale chic and clean. The complimentary breakfast included turkey sausage which was a plus for me. Both pools were great and hot tub. My floor was quiet at night, I expected it to be a party hotel due to the contactless check in. My room was clean and any requests I made through the text option were addressed promptly.

I can tell they are still working on some things including ice machines on each floor and the elevators. Not a major issue for me.

We had a wonderful stay at the Memphis Vitality Hotel! The lobby is absolutely beautiful and creates a welcoming first impression. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Booking was simple, and we really appreciated the convenience of pre-check-in and the digital key feature. It made everything so smooth and easy. The location was perfect for us: close to the airport and just a short drive to the areas we planned to visit. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’d stay here again!

Kind of bummed that there weren't pool towels available. Since we flew into Memphis we were limited on luggage space and it would have been nice to have extra towels for the pool.

Everything! The employees were all so kind! We were here on a send relief mission so we weren't at the hotel during the Day but every bad Review I read was proved to be wrong during our stay. They have a huge breakfast selection for free not just cold stuff. Biscuits n gravy, pancakes, ssg (2 different kinds) and eggs along with breads and cereal, muffins etc. If you want a better breakfast you can order from the menu but this was just fine for us. The Beds were SOOOO comfy. I was out as soon as the lights went out which doesn't even happen in my own bed. I saw reviews from ppl trash talking about no hot foods-WRONG, No table to sit at and eat-WRONG, One lady said the pillows were horrible too firm-WRONG, as you can see in the pictures. My head literally sunk in my pillow. They give one firm and one soft each person. My husband ate perfectly fine because the foot stool has a table that rolls over it 😀 Everything was perfect! I can't even name everything .

Literally LOVED our whole stay, of course there's always something that may go wrong in a business but as far as I could tell they fixed anything broken at the hotel with a quickness!

I rented two rooms for family and myself. I am not very "techy" and normally put off by online self service things. I got a call while I was on the way to hotel, from Loretta (I think I remember her name right) confirming my stay and welcoming me. That was really impressive. The staff was extremely helpful and took the pain out of having to do something online. They are super friendly and answered my questions. The beds and the bed clothes are exceptional! They are comfy and inviting. The staff is excellent and very hospitable. The breakfast buffet was wonderful! My family all expressed how much they like this hotel and how nice it is.

I only have praise and no complaints.

We are so enjoying our stay in Memphis at Vitality--exceeding expectations across the board. First, the place is so hooked up technologically, with digital keys, self-check-in and out, text communications and more. The rooms are cozy, quiet and appointed quite nicely with central air, comfy beds, nice towels, and upscale toiletries. The in and outdoor pools, jacuzzi, gym and laundry were terrific amenities--clean, well kept, convenient, accessible. The food was also impressive--fresh pastas, quality ingredients, generous portions and delicious. Security was excellent as well. Finally, the staff was terrific--Sharvae, Dori, Diana and so many others--attentive, helpful, down-to-earth, fun--they are always checking-in with you and very responsive to your needs. It was a lovely place to call home while here in Memphis!
