The location is perfect for getting around in Memphis. There is a lot in the area in terms of dining and shopping. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I saw the pool and gym, but I didn't get around to using them, but they looked very nice.

My room was next door to a suite that was being used as the "hospitality room" for a convention of vetrans. They held their breakfast in that room starting at 7:00. With 15 or so people chatting and socializing just a door away, there is no way I could sleep longer than that. Luckily, it was only 2 of my 5 nights. These guests should have been offered something far away from single occupancy rooms.

The breakfast was Ok. The lady who prepared the omelets and waffles was great. However, I arrived before the 10 a.m. breakfast deadline and was charged $14. About 10 minutes later, a gentleman came in late and was given the same breakfast by the manager, for a lesser charge. I have no problem with paying, but if you place a cut-off time for the meal, it should be followed and no special concessions should be made for others! Other than that, it was a good stay. I'm not sure points were added to my Hilton Honors account though.

There were some ants located in the bathroom of Room 331.

Cleanliness and friendly staff. Oh and those cookies! Close to stores also. I loved that I was able to book just for one night because that’s all I needed it for.

I can’t think of anything that I didn’t like.

The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet was really good. I especially liked that I was able to get cracked eggs instead of the scrambled liquid eggs on the buffet. The selection was really good too. Our waitress was really good. I liked the cookies at check in. The indoor pool is great too.

Our bed looked like someone had been lying on top of the comforter. It wasn’t very neatly made. The bathroom door wasn’t super secure. So, I could literally hear everything that was going on in there when my husband was using the bathroom even though the tv was on. The room was rather noisy as well. I could hear everything that was happening outside in the hallway, every footstep, conversation, everything!!! I could only hope that they couldn’t hear us that well when they passed by! No microwave!

There was an airport shuttle to assist with transportation. It was close to the venue for my friends' wedding. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The price was really good.

Not a deal-breaker, but the bathroom was a sliding door without a lock.

The convenience of the breakfast was good. There were many selections of food to choose from and the service was superb! It was very clean. The service people were so attentive and pleasant. We were thrilled with our location. We were just a little outside of the middle of the city so there was less traffic and that parking was so much better where we were staying. It was very convenient to go to all our tourist locations.

Our only problem was connecting to the Internet. Our devices just couldn't make the connection and if it make the connection it popped us right off.

All the staff were very nice & helpful !!!!! Everyone went above and beyond to service us !!!

Not even a complaint but the elevators wasn’t working properly but I didn’t mind cause I was able to get my steps in !!!!!! A minus turned into a plus

We were very lucky no children running up and down the hallways our room seem to be very quiet. Front desk was very polite and helpful!

We almost stayed one night had to catch a flight in Memphis the following morning so we really didn’t encounter any problems.

Great location

My car along w 4 other cars were broken into taking my son back to college. We lost over 3,000 worth of stuff. Was broken into at 8:00am in the morning. Police never came. Not hotel fault but very bad experience.

The bed linens are always top notch at Doubletree. The room service was good but pricey.

My room didn't have a phone so i had to walk downstairs to order room service. Tried calling from my phone but got the reservation line too many times.
