I enjoyed the location and the staff were helpful and very polite. I would recommend people that I know to visit this Hampton Inn because of excellent customer service. I enjoyed my stay so I stayed a couple more days. Entire staff deserves a raise.

I loved everything about the Hotel. Staff gave excellent customer service and friendly. Very clean atmosphere this location should give a raise to their employees. I've have extended my stay because of the cleanliness and nice environment.

The breakfast was good. they were good options and a nice variety. I think this is definitely a value add. and the facility was kept very clean. The orange juice, was actually water and some flavor ing that was added im not quite sure if the machine was full, but other than that it was pretty good. Everything was passable. the room was clean, not EXTREMELY but i felt like it was a clean location. there were some messes here and there around the hotel, nothing crazy, but usually it was in the room where the ice was. but other than that it was a very acceptable accomodation.

I enjoyed the staff. There was a tall black gentleman with a beard, he was very friendly. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. It was also very quiet. I really liked the location, it's in a good spot with it being close to the University of Memphis yet also close to midtown/downtown area.

The only thing I didn't like was the toilet. After flushing, it continued to run even after wiggling the handle. I almost thought it would overflow at times even though we didn't use too much toilet paper.

The staff were very friendly and helpful the Breakfast was amazing.

The overnight front desk staff. I arrived and was charged twice. once by booking and once by front desk staff person. She did correct her mistake but will take 7-10 business days to process refund. Not ideal when on vacation.

So close to hospital. Staff was so sweet at all times and the breakfast was outstanding. Very clean outside and inside

TV in room was worthless. I could go on and on but won't waste time. Had to get news on mobile phone. Ridiculous!

Their breakfast is always good. That was second time I stayed there, and will be back in March. I live out of town. The first time I stayed, wasn’t as clean due to help during Covid time.

Negative is no refrigerator or microwave. It may have to do with price point of room.. but just used to having one, no matter price point

Size and cleanliness of the room was great.

Needs a switched room light, instead of bunch of individual light fixtures.

Location served our purpose. The breakfast was fantastic and the young lady who I assume managed the breakfast was absolutely wonderful.
