The receptionist was great in handling our little problem with wrong date reservation. Booking.com was a tremendous help also. Rooms were big, spacious and clean. Great breakfast also that is included with the booking.

Maybe the ice makers were only in 3rd and 5th floor. But, very manageable. Also the $6 1 liter bottle of water in the room. Too expensive.

The staff was exceptional nice! The breakfast was good! So much to choose from!

We had to pay $155 for our card keys, & WE PAID TO PARK??? WE got the key card money back.after our stay BUT YOU NEED TO EXPECT TO PAY THIS MUCH MONEY OUT & WHY DO YOU PAY TO PARK AT A HOTEL?? Booking.com needs to put that in there info or hotel notify you about these charges. YOU DO NOT GET PARKING MONEY BACK???

We enjoyed the breakfast, coffee ran out fast but the staff stayed on it trying to keep it filled

Staff not as friendly as we expected them to be, one girl was really Blount at check in and also you had our room by the employees storage on floor 3 and they kept going in & out slamming & bumping around loud outside our room, it woke us up out of our sleep it was so loud 🤦🏽‍♀️

The hotel was in a quiet location, easy to find,plus walking distance to local restaurants as well. Beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly. Even with late check-in, we were able to get a drink from bar as it was closing.

The bathroom needs to be updated. Could used more garbage cans, as our room only had one which got full really quickly in 3 days. Coffee maker only had one regular coffee pkg, so 2 would be better.

The staff was good. Pool area nice. Pool furniture was good shape as well. Always good to have fridge in the room. Breakfast good selection

Floors were dirty constantly on all levels we were on. Needs a good dusting as well. We waited over 30 mins for them to finish rooms and no we didn’t check in early. Sticky stuff on bedroom tables and mirrors were not clean either.

Room was ready and clean. Hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly and courteous. The breakfast was really good. It was very busy but they kept up with the refills very well. The bed was very comfortable only thing missing was there was not a bath tub.

Bathtub in the room and an indoor pool would have been great.

I like the customer service at the front desk. She was very patient and nice 👍🙂she greeted us with welcoming arms made me feel very pleased.

The breakfast didn't have bacon and the pool was closed. Other than that I enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt in Memphis can't wait for my next trip back

The location was perfect. Included breakfast. Comfortable beds.

Wear and tear in the rooms. Dirty sticky floor in the elevators for 2 days and it was never cleaned up.

I like the comfort of the entire room. It was my Birthday and I needed a getaway. It turned out to be the best getaway in town that I've experienced. I was able to prepare myself for an important event the next morning even though I had forgotten my blow dryer. There was one in the room. Very convenient. No one knocked on my door to ask if I was staying or leaving. I truly enjoyed my stay. I plan on staying there again.

There was nothing that I didn't like!

My room was extremely magnificent Hotel Staff was excellent The amenities especially during breakfast was magnificent

Not much to complain about Maybe a little more choice related to meal choices in the late evening
