Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. I could not have been more pleased with the way I was greeted, and anything I needed was taken care of promptly. I liked the spacious room with an extra space and plenty of desk room for work. Nice hot shower with great water pressure.

I was surprised that none of the restaurants were open on Sunday evening. And because the hotel is not in easy walking distance from shops and places to eat (about a 20 minute walk) I ended up ordering on Ubereats. There's nothing really wrong with that, but I wish I had known about it and I would have preferred a nice sit-down meal at the hotel.

Location is great, the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Staff was courteous and efficient. Nice and quiet, no issues while sleeping. Good TV channel selection, and they were able to accommodate my room request. This was my second time staying here and it's always for just one night so, overall, pretty decent.

The bed was hard, the carpet was stained, small stain on the comforter, the heater didn't heat, it was just spitting out cold air. Luckily it wasn't super cold at night, so I didn't have to turn on the heater.

Great location for UoM and other attractions/dining in the area. Hotel looks very nice inside and out and we feel safe and secure. Everyone is polite and friendly. The reception/lobby is nice area to sit and relax are visit with friends. Everything's clean and very comfortable including the room. The breakfast dining room and buffet is very good. Nothing bad to say everything was great that's why we stay here when visiting Memphis.

I believe this was probably the nicest Holiday Inn I've ever stayed at. I was highly impressed with everything. the Staff was super friendly, the hotel was clean and safe, the breakfast and dinners were top notch. if ever in Memphis again I will definitely plan on staying here.

It was very impressive! We were amazed with the way it was set up & how nice the rooms were! We were happy to find such a nice hotel 10 minutes away from the concert we went to & it was in a great location! I forgot to get photos, but I'll definitely do it next time!

We wish we could have had a queen/king-sized bed for a couple, but that's just a small thing. We didn't get to stay long enough to know how it was to get to attractions or popular places, but that is on us & work. We also forgot to mention (and that is ENTIRELY on us, not the hotel) that the A/C made funny noises & constantly clicked on & off. Sometimes repeatedly & we had to turn it off (room 201). I'm sure it's an easy fix, but we were not there long & passed out we got back after the concert.

The air did not work in the room. It was horrible. Hair was on my sheets order food from the restaurant and it took an hour for it to be done. I talked to one of the housekeepers she had an attitude.

Convenience! I was able I have fast access to everything that I need. The hotel was located in the perfect area for me. When ever I want to go visit my daughter in college. I have a safe place to rest.

Everything. Exterior of property is very clean and safe. From check in to check out everyone was polite and friendly. Hotel is very clean and comfortable from entrance to room. The restaurant breakfast buffet and service were good. Great location for the University of Memphis and surrounding Memphis area attractions.

It was very beautiful place you have to see to appreciate.

We had to go and ask for toliet paper at the front desk bc we didn’t have any in our room and we only stayed one night, and the ice machine on our floor did not work, when we went down to buy out of the store there wasn’t anyone at the front desk to pay for it so we had to make multiple trips to catch someone behind the desk, and our phone in the room kept ringing even thou no one had our number. these were multiple discomforts for the price of the to me.

Michael was exceptional! Melvia too. Great location for visiting Memphis and our daughter who is a student at Christian Brothers university

Never seemed to get enough towels without multiple requests.
